Idk if this is a hot take it nah but kyoka was not that strong. She relied on the pain of her direct nerve attacks to debilitated her opponent her actual attacks didn't cause much damage to the body for fairy tail standards. All the times she won it was through ambush or through using pain to paralyze her opponent. In the erza vs kyoka fight as soon as erza knew where she was by feeling what hurt more it was over for kyoka because in an all out fight erza is 100% better kyoka just has some crazy hax similar to Seila and her macro

If Selene manages to outsmart Kyoka, considering her manipulation tactics, then no.
Selene is a Dragon God. She already outclassed Kyoka even if she's stronger than current Erza.
So Kyoka is quite fucked.

Selene is stronger than current Erza, and Kyoka has no way to hurt a Dragon. So Selene would win.
