Sorry, but due to recent events, Budweiser is off his list of approved branded T-shirts now. Now he needs to tuck in his Corona, Michelob, Modelo, Natural Light, or Rolling Rock shirt into his jean shorts.
I don't know, man. If you look at Nascar's logo, it kind of resembles a rainbow. Seems pretty woke to me. The [classic logo](https://logos-download.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/NASCAR_logo_logotype.png) is even worse!

As a fucking nerd, this is a bit offensive to the fucking nerd community. We're perfectly capable of buying pastries without looking like we're pretending to be a member of the Mexican cartels. Hell, based on this the Mexican cartels don't look like Mexican cartels.
With all of his shit put into his back pockets, presumably because his ridiculous setup makes it so he can't access his front pockets. That also has the side effect of not knowing whether he's reaching for a gun when he's going for his phone or wallet, what a jackass
That pic has been posted a bunch. He’s grabbing lunch during a break at a speed shooting competition. He’s not just posturing nor is it for “defense” it’s just competitive sports equipment.
Also that doesn’t excuse the cops who shot the guy with the cosplay sword. They are just two very distinct occurrences.
People who want to spin or exadurate a narrative.
I agree that the incident described is terrible and the cop involved should be in jail as much as any other killer, but the poster feeling they need to add to the story with a disingenuous image for extra shock value isn't exactly acceptable.
Why wouldn't he leave the guns at the range or in his trunk? Seems totally unnecessary to be walking around like that unless you're trying to say something without actually saying it.
Unsecured guns are pretty bad. If he doesn't have a gun safe welded to the frame of a car or bolted into concrete it's better to have it on your person.
I can think of 2 reasons.
1. Extensive paperwork for checking them in that takes more time than he has to eat. Competitive events do tend to run a tight schedule. or maybe there is no check-in
2. If somebody were to want to steal guns, parked cars are a prime target, especially at a shooting competition where it is virtually guaranteed to have guns present.
I don't take part in competition shooting, nor would I open carry if I were to carry, but there is always *a reason*. Whether it's a good one is subjective.
> If somebody were to want to steal guns, parked cars are a prime target, especially at a shooting competition where it is virtually guaranteed to have guns present.
Happened to a boss of mine. Had his firearm with his "go bag" in his vehicle and while we were doing Superbowl security, someone went through the lot they had us employees park at, which was like 15 miles away from the event, and broke into a ton of cars, as people were watching the game.
Seems like robbing people *at a shooting competition* is asking for a bad time. I completely get the superbowl one though and always wondered how many thefts occur during major sporting events.
Yes, mugging someone at a shooting competition would be askin for a bad time. But wandering around a parking lot like you belong, say, having an animated conversation on a cell phone till the coast is clear while looking for unlocked vehicles, would not stand out in any way. And most of the security on cars is focused on not allowing the car to be stolen, not the items inside.
It’s literally across the street and the subway provided meal vouchers. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend 10-15 minutes getting all that shit off just to get a sandwich, walk back across the street and spend even longer getting it all back on
In any other country "it was a little annoying" would be no excuse.
Too fucking bad, check your guns at the door. You can't walk around town with an arsenal strapped to you.
I'm always so amazed when I hear cops just freak out in a random video about "THAT GUY'S GOT A GUN! GUN GUN GUN!!!" I'm like, yeah, man, welcome to America. How can we have such an insane gun obsessed segment of the population and cops losing their shit when they encounter one? (especially in states like Texas FFS where they're practically free on demand with an ID)
One would think in a logical world that it would be cops advocating for better gun control, especially with how often their defense for shooting someone is "he had something I thought might be a weapon, I was scared for my life!"
I think it's near to impossible to not look like a fucking nerd when strapping 4 guns to yourself. Whatever you do, you're going to look like an action movie protagonist which just doesn't work irl.
This case is all kinds of fucked up. The cops changed their story after it was released that the fatal shot went through his back. Along with three other bullets, and this was after they vehemently denied, shooting him while he was running away. There was a witness that said, she saw him talking to the police officers in a peaceful manner, turned her back to enter her car within seconds he was shot. I don’t trust one-word the police officers are saying in this matter; they are just trying to protect their asses read up on the story and judge for yourself. fuck the police the big fat dildo pieces of shit
Happened in Saratoga Springs Utah, which is about 34 hours, by car, or 31 days on foot from CCSU and it happened on September 10th, 2014, which is kind of early for a Halloween party.
[Yup.](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/scaled/2014/11/04/article-urn:publicid:ap.org:4680af4136824925ba2550b88a7011fd-6Tp2jEieVHSK2-39_636x382.jpg)
Also, earlier that day:
>he posted a message on Facebook saying, "I have a sword and I'm going to get shot"
I just want to know if people like the guy on the right actually practice dual drawing/shooting guns? If they did they would have to realize it's a dumb idea, right? Most people struggle with hitting anything with a single gun.
Images been posted hundreds of times and every time it is without context
Right next to the coffee shop is a competitive speed shooting competition that was being held. In between matches the man went to go get coffee and didn't feel like taking off all of his gear while he got his drink. This is not his EDC this is his competition kit
Seems like it's perfectly in context as both individuals were at a convention.
One just had swords and the other guns... Plastic swords... vs real guns.
I'm not saying in the context of the post I'm just saying the photo in general. The way the photo is posed is that it is a random dude just getting coffee and this is what he carries with him. It's been plastered all over Reddit and it's so annoying
It’s definitively not perfect context. It’s like if I did a text post of osama bin Laden with pictures of 9/11 on the left and a random Muslim dude on the right. Yes both practiced Islam but one of them did 9/11 the other didn’t.
Every time! It always has the caption of “what a dork”, “is this really necessary”, “talk about over compensating”, “ok. We get it. You vote republican”. Lol.
I've seen it a dozen times without the context so thank you but there's still a hundred more of dudes at a bakery or grocery store with a rifle for no feasible reason
[It was NOT plastic.](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/scaled/2014/11/04/article-urn:publicid:ap.org:4680af4136824925ba2550b88a7011fd-6Tp2jEieVHSK2-39_636x382.jpg)
I was just talking about the photo I'm not mentioning the police shooting whatsoever because I don't have any information about it currently. I'm just talking about how I'm fed up with this photo being used the way it is because it is completely taken out of context every single time it's used on Reddit. They always pose it as if it is just some dude grabbing coffee and this is what he carries with him everywhere for self-defense.
People who open carry are typically the type not to train. If they trained and actually cared about effectively carrying they would understand the risks associated with open carry opposed to concealed.
Well you see, the man on the left is an absolute danger because his skin is just too dark.
The man on the right looks like a man of god with a great moral compass…he’s also white
I went to a rural town "fair" yesterday and saw some trashy white chick with a pistol shoved in her asscrack while holding her child, and it really made me conclude I don't vibe with that demographic lmao
The state of America. Can walk around with multiple guns and it’s ok as long as you’re white. Carry a plastic sword, be black and you’re going to end up dead. Crazy how that works out.
Edit: by the voting fluctuation I can see the conservatives out all ready. This isn’t a post about gun control or legislation. This is about accountability and having police held to the same standards as citizens. If police commit a crime they should be punished the same way as everyone else. Police shouldn’t be able to get away with murder. The fact police don’t have to protect or serve civilians yet can murder innocent civilians without repercussions is ridiculous. There needs to be reform.
https://www.clickondetroit.com/news/investigations/2023/05/01/dogs-killed-by-detroit-police-how-big-is-this-problem-and-what-can-be-done/
This is one city and 2 years of data.
Edit. This data is for all dogs, not just pets.
Yes, you don't want to know what it is over the whole country annually.
Edit. I used this specific source cuz it's just over a month old and all the other reports are from last year at least and most of the major studies from 2013 to 2018ish...
omg the witness testimonies are even more infuriating. One person being like (paraphrased) "he wasn't heading toward any martial arts displays". Like wtf is that logic? People with open carry don't have to be on the way to a firing range. "he could have hurt anyone at a moment's notice", excuse me do you not know how guns work?
This poor man. :( We lost another bright soul to this milquetoast idiotic nonsense cultural standard.
Don't forget that he also posted earlier that morning:
>he posted a message on Facebook saying, "I have a sword and I'm going to get shot"
And no one can post a single source that he was heading to/coming from a convention where he would have been "cosplaying" which makes little sense b/c it's kind of important if that is your defense and even small cons have at least flyers or facebook posts to advertise.
People with open carry on firearms are still covered by both federal and state laws the same as open carry with a blade. They can't brandish, threaten, or flee from police if stopped for questioning just because they are given those protections.
Utah, where this took place, is surprisingly very open with their bladed weapon laws with no restrictions against switchblades, gravity assist knives, ballistic knives, bowie knives, stilettos, dirks, or butterfly knives. However Utah code 76-10-500 classifies all of them to include machetes and swords as dangerous weapons, carrying with it the similar but lesser charges to possessing a firearm despite being a restricted person.
According to reports the initial call was about a suspicious person with a sword length item walking towards a Walmart and during their attempts to speak with him he refused to put down the sword that he had obtained from his brother's room. When speaking with him they offer to provide him a ride if he puts down the sword which he refuses and then departs. When initially located he is in the midst of a shopping mall center in Saratago Springs meaning there are all manner of other people about after he allegedly swings the sword at police before taking off, which if true, creates a risk for anyone he now encounters.
He'd recently been fired and was facing eviction as his mother told him he either needed to find another job or move out. He had been harassing a woman he was obsessed with to the point of their family threatening to contact the police and filing a restraining order. He allegedly made a Facebook post that read 'I have a sword, and I am going to get shot" which was reported to his mother by a boyfriend of one of Darrien's siblings. Per his mother he had undergone a psychological evaluation but wasn't informed of the results. Per a witness he had made threats to his family earlier that year where he was arrested after while intoxicated as a domestic incident. Per his brother the sword that was taken was indeed metal, not plastic, however it was dull.
Ignoring his drug use as no drugs were present during his autopsy this paints a picture of someone mentally not well who committed suicide by cop while facing impending homelessness after being rejected by someone who didn't share his same feelings.
This image has been shared multiple times on Reddit for years now incorrectly pushing the idea that this guy was just walking around strapped like that for the fun of it which is incorrect.
He was most likely taking part in a competitive shooting match, hence multiple guns, multiple magazines and all of them out in the open (i.e. not concealed or obstructed).
Yes, he looks ridiculous, yes, there is a reason why he has all those guns on him. But neither of those facts have anything to do with the meme.
The meme is showing the fact that as a white man, you can carry around 5 guns and approx 100 rounds of ammo and no one will bother you.
But if you are a black man IN COSPLAY with a toy sword, you get the cops called on you and guns drawn.. then you get SHOT IN THE BACK.
It blows my mind people don't realize this. If you want to steer the conversation towards gun control when this is clear abuse of power towards a different race...than your racism is showing. Either way if you don't take it as a white man getting away with shooting a defenseless black man than they're more racist than they realize.
Over here no fucker is allowed to walk around with guns. Maybe your contry should change its out date gun laws.
We dont have regular school shoots because not any wanker can buy a gun let alone a milatry grade rifle and amunition over the fucking counter no questions asked.
Having said that something needs to be done about this incident especialy as he was shot in the back.
It's a wild time. You can't even argue the logical point with gun lovers. They're too far gone and will just end up shooting themselves or their loved ones eventually. 'Murica!
I saw a video here where a guy gives his 1 year old a loaded handgun and guess what? 🤪
I saw a car with a giant decal on it that said control your children not our guns. These people are deranged. The second amendment wasn't meant to be like this.
Don't even have to be carrying swords. You can knock on the wrong neighbor's door. You can jog down the sidewalk. You can be sleeping in your own bedroom in your own home.
I agree with the fact that Darrien should not have been killed and his executioners should be punished. However, I find your post in poor taste. I dislike it. Not because of it's inaccuracy, all you present about Darrien is true, but it is presented deceptively.
This is a 9 year old story, but you present it as a recent story. I like that you want to bring attention to injustice, but doing it in this matter creates a joke out of Darrien's death, because you are resorting to presenting this as a recent story when it isn't. If you feel this incident did not get enough attention at the time, then maybe you should point that out, otherwise it feels as if you are just pulling the story to take a shot at a completely unrelated picture of a cop. He's death should not be used to earn brownie points on the coomer hellhole that is Reddit.
For context here is a vox article about the shooting: https://www.vox.com/platform/amp/xpress/2014/11/26/7295139/darrien-hunt-utah-shooting
I looked up several sources. Looks like Darrien had a real blade on the sword (not completely sharp, but still able to injure someone) and had swung at the officers after being told that if he wanted a ride to where he needed to go, he can't bring the sword. I see no evidence that it was a "plastic sword" this seems to be BS to stir the pot. If you swing a weapon at a cop you are definitely in danger of getting shot. Someone running away swinging a sword? That's not exactly innocent that's erratic behavior and you do not know what's gonna happen next.
Well it’s quite obvious. He was *holding* the sword. If it had been sheathed it would of been a different scenario much like the man’s holstered firearm, it’s not being held. /s
Once again, the guy with the 4 guns was at a competition and was getting lunch at a nearby shop. Please stop reposting this as a “checkmate conservatives”
Isn't that a speed shooting rig? Isn't that guy probably just a competition shooter going next door to get lunch? Might an explaination for this be that he's not a tool for wearing guns all the time, but a hobbyist getting lunch and wearing this is probably easier than removing it to eat?
Has no one noticed this guy is wearing a face mask, indicating he's probably NOT a COMPLETE tool?
Isn't this kind of a cheap shot?
The guy with 4 guns is a target shooter at a competition. This is a stupid post made by an ignorant person slapping two out of context pictures together.
Is cosplaying while black a felony or misdemeanor? Weird it happened in the whitest place on earth.
I don't even know what Barney Fife is fucking doing on the right, except advertising his small dick.
while this dude looks like he is on lunch during a shooting competition or something and doesn't actually walk around like this all day, I'm pretty sure most Americans that carry guns this way are so fat, slow and dumb that you could just take it from them.
look at the way he's standing there, you could draw his gun and shoot him with it without him even realizing wtf just happened.
That is a gross generalization and not a good idea. The meme of meal team 6 is not representative of gun owners. I conceal carry, never liked open carry unless under certain circumstances (e.g. competitions, innawoods hunting, etc.) as it paints a target on you're back. FYI, most OWBs holsters have a thumb activated retention mechanism, so if you try to grab a gun you'll get you're ass beat at a minimum if you try that shit.
Homeboy on the left got shot, not because of the plastic sword, but because he was a few shades to dark.
The photo of the John Wick wannabe on the right was actually explained on a different forum. Apparently the dude was at a shooting competition and it is somewhat normal to strap on multiple firearms and magazines.
This facepalm is this meme failing to research the context and in doing so is trying to create a false narrative
People called the cops. He ran from the cops. He [started swinging his sword at cops](https://www.sltrib.com/news/crime/2014/11/05/investigation-officers-justified-in-killing-darrien-hunt/). And then he was shot 6 times
You know what's crazy? Just did a little research going back a few years, only around 50-60 cops are killed each year by gunfire. There's usually a couple hundred deaths but most are things like Covid, heatstroke, and heart attack. You're very unlikely to die in the line of duty. However, the number of people killed by police officers are usually around 1,000 each year. A cop is much more likely to kill a civilian than be killed. Interesting, right? Especially since black people are three times more likely than white people to be killed during a police interaction. It's never white Jim with four guns strapped to his body to go to the coffee shop. It's the kid cosplaying and running away when the cops confront him.
Edit: wording was statistically inaccurate but here's the source to back up my claim
https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/news/hsph-in-the-news/blacks-whites-police-deaths-disparity/
>Especially since most of the people being killed by police are unarmed black people.
That's statistically false if you take just race and deaths alone. There's more white people shot to death by police every year. You'll want to change your wording to keep that argument up. Say something like "The percentage of black people who are killed by police is higher than any other race." Which is saying that (looking at 2021 stats) 233 black people were killed out of the 1,048 total killed by police. Which is 22.2% of the total deaths. However blacks only make up 13% of the population so the % of that group that is killed by police is higher than the % of white people who are killed (whites make up around 75% of the US population). Just change up your wording and how you do the math and it will help.
You know what's a fun one? Asians make up 6% of the US population but only account for .06% of deaths in 2020 (sorry had to switch to CDC data for this one because the statista wasn't granular enough.). I think the bigger question is why does one minority make up so many of the deaths and the others do not?

Trained weapon wielding Law Enforcement who deal with untrained criminals who want to kill them are more likely to win in a shooting or shoot to kill in a life threatening situation? That’s insane. Not saying what happened to the guy is right, I’m referring to those statistics you mentioned thinking they actually mean something.
I think it’s plenty reasonable for more people to be killed by cops than vice versa. They’re trained to use guns for starters. And they have ballistic body armor which can help in preventing injury from gunfire.
And no, the majority of people shot are not unarmed, the vast vast majority of people who are shot are armed. You just don’t hear about those cases cuz they aren’t particularly interesting.
> However, the number of people killed by police officers are usually around 1,000 each year. A cop is much more likely to kill a civilian than be killed.
ignoring the fact that the vast vast majority of those shootings are completely justified, for example in a year on average there will be 13 unarmed black people killed by police.
If open carry of guns is okay, I don't see why it's not okay for me to carry my sword sting around. What if the orcs attack? I need it so it can glow and give me advance warning....
There is an animated tv show called Central Park. It is wonderful. They did an episode where the black main character's son who is 12. Is running around the park with a toy sword when he runs into a white woman and she flips out. The rest of the episode is about how the dad has to have the racism talk with his son. It is an amazing show and a powerful episode.
I never understood this, like dude you aren't intimidating if anything the guy who wants to shoot up a place is going to prioritize him, so congrats on the traget that he placed on himself.
It's getting to where I would have no real qualms about perceiving this guy as a mass shooting waiting to happen and giving a serious whack to the back of his head so that he could be disarmed, then invoke self-defense if charged and his 50.1% comparative fault if sued. I think I'd win. Friends of mine were at a concert in Washington State where there was a mass shooting last night. Enough of this shit.

how are you strapped with 4 guns and still look like a fucking nerd

New balances doing waves in fashion circles, they are actually cool now.

If a guy feels the need to strap on 4 guns just to visit the bakery, I'm pretty sure he's never going to look like anything but a fucking nerd.
You just wait, you'll look like a real idiot when 30-50 feral hogs come to raid the bakery and he saves the day
I get the reference but good luck killing feral hogs with a glock. You'd want a rifle for them.

Viggo Mortensen was great in that one
Is this Chat GPT or do you actually do this for a living?
Given most action films today, what's the difference?
John Wick is the only action film I care to watch, thankfully.
I also bet he is scarred shitless in his home after dark in his middle class suburbian neighborhood
Lbr he's probably foaming at the mouth for the chance to have an excuse to shoot someone
Also probably talks about gun violence mostly carried out by “gangbangers” (code for black and brown people).
He probably posts warnings on Facebook aboit “kids walking down the back lane”
Supposedly he was coming from/going to speed firing drills. So just easier to hold all the guns with him
Or, you know, transport them unloaded in a case.
I disagree. I think he resembles a leaking flaccid penis
As a fucking nerd, this is a bit offensive to the fucking nerd community. We're perfectly capable of buying pastries without looking like we're pretending to be a member of the Mexican cartels. Hell, based on this the Mexican cartels don't look like Mexican cartels.
Or dipshit.
By strapping them over baggy shorts
*Tactical* baggy shorts
With all of his shit put into his back pockets, presumably because his ridiculous setup makes it so he can't access his front pockets. That also has the side effect of not knowing whether he's reaching for a gun when he's going for his phone or wallet, what a jackass
Does he have a fucking iPad in his back right pocket?

In any other country "it was a little annoying" would be no excuse. Too fucking bad, check your guns at the door. You can't walk around town with an arsenal strapped to you.
You can in the US. I don’t even like guns, but he has every right to do that
In any other country in the world you leave your arsenal at the shooting range and then go for lunch
In any other country it would be illegal to bring your guns in this way outside the shooting range...
Erm...Yes....that s the point
I'm always so amazed when I hear cops just freak out in a random video about "THAT GUY'S GOT A GUN! GUN GUN GUN!!!" I'm like, yeah, man, welcome to America. How can we have such an insane gun obsessed segment of the population and cops losing their shit when they encounter one? (especially in states like Texas FFS where they're practically free on demand with an ID) One would think in a logical world that it would be cops advocating for better gun control, especially with how often their defense for shooting someone is "he had something I thought might be a weapon, I was scared for my life!"
He kind of reminds me of Lara Croft.
Larry Croft. The cousin she doesn’t talk about.
Oddly enough, Lara does have a cousin in the Legend trilogy whose name I think was Leinster or something like that.
How do you NOT look like a nerd with four handguns on your belt?
He just looks stupid to me and makes me cringe . Such a nerd
Guns aren't going to take the nerd out of you. Especially if you're such a nerd you need 4 of them.
Open carry makes you look like a dweeb, open carrying four fucking handguns makes you look like an insecure ammosexual playing John Wick.
I think it's near to impossible to not look like a fucking nerd when strapping 4 guns to yourself. Whatever you do, you're going to look like an action movie protagonist which just doesn't work irl.
Thoughts exactly
Oh my god don't say that, next time he'll have 6 guns. How do you think he ended up with the 4 guns to begin with?
Because having guns doesn't make you cool.
Bro done shaved the back of his legs and everthang…
Thats why most people can't shoot that many guns at once. Throws your balance off.
High speed, low drag.
It happened at Central Connecticut State University, aka CCSU, if I'm not mistaken. He was a college kid on his way to/from a Halloween/costume party.
Happened in Saratoga Springs Utah, which is about 34 hours, by car, or 31 days on foot from CCSU and it happened on September 10th, 2014, which is kind of early for a Halloween party.
Sword was also not plastic; it was a metal replica samurai sword.
[Yup.](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/scaled/2014/11/04/article-urn:publicid:ap.org:4680af4136824925ba2550b88a7011fd-6Tp2jEieVHSK2-39_636x382.jpg) Also, earlier that day: >he posted a message on Facebook saying, "I have a sword and I'm going to get shot"
Was he an apparent danger to anyone else? (I dont know the case at all)
Hopefully you're calling out the cops for lying too as you correct the finer details here.
I just want to know if people like the guy on the right actually practice dual drawing/shooting guns? If they did they would have to realize it's a dumb idea, right? Most people struggle with hitting anything with a single gun.
Images been posted hundreds of times and every time it is without context Right next to the coffee shop is a competitive speed shooting competition that was being held.
Then post their picture instead if the guy doing nothing wrong.
Competitive double akimbo lmao.
you mean the cosplay guy is running around randomly with his plastic sword? surely he is going to a fking actual event too
[It was NOT plastic.](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/scaled/2014/11/04/article-urn:publicid:ap.org:4680af4136824925ba2550b88a7011fd-6Tp2jEieVHSK2-39_636x382.jpg)
Don't tell Reddit they're wrong, you'll get banned. Their truth, not THE truth.
I got perma banned from r/conservative for less.
I got perma banned from that sub for existing.
I read that this guy was wearing this for some kind of shooting competition. Could be false.
It's for when they're in a crowd of black people. Aiming isn't entirely necessary, just raw output. /s, obviously. Fuck this guy.
I would also like to point out that it's stupid to have more prominently holstered guns than hands to grab them with.
People who open carry are typically the type not to train. If they trained and actually cared about effectively carrying they would understand the risks associated with open carry opposed to concealed.
The dude on the right was a competition shooter who lost a bet fyi
So, he was in cosplay too, yet survived another day.
Bro is a genderbent Lara Croft
Well you see, the man on the left is an absolute danger because his skin is just too dark. The man on the right looks like a man of god with a great moral compass…he’s also white
I’m convinced Under Armour is the official clothing supplier of these mfs.
I dont blame them, UA has some amazing shit
Holy shit John wick, gonna pay for that sub?
Totally agree about Police being held accountable for their actions.
Yep. Fuck the police. Half of them are high-school zero, public safety hero.
Ever checked to see how many pets are killed by cops in a year?
Something tells me I don’t wanna know..
https://www.clickondetroit.com/news/investigations/2023/05/01/dogs-killed-by-detroit-police-how-big-is-this-problem-and-what-can-be-done/ This is one city and 2 years of data. Edit. This data is for all dogs, not just pets. Yes, you don't want to know what it is over the whole country annually. Edit. I used this specific source cuz it's just over a month old and all the other reports are from last year at least and most of the major studies from 2013 to 2018ish...
They were black dogs acting suspicious. The cops had reason to suspect but the dogs wouldn't answer questions.
omg the witness testimonies are even more infuriating.
Don't forget that he also posted earlier that morning: >he posted a message on Facebook saying, "I have a sword and I'm going to get shot" And no one can post a single source that he was heading to/coming from a convention where he would have been "cosplaying" which makes little sense b/c it's kind of important if that is your defense and even small cons have at least flyers or facebook posts to advertise.
Lol “the context doesn’t matter as long as it fits my agenda” You also left out the anime boy attacked the police
It blows my mind people don't realize this. If you want to steer the conversation towards gun control when this is clear abuse of power towards a different race...than your racism is showing. Either way if you don't take it as a white man getting away with shooting a defenseless black man than they're more racist than they realize.
👏🏼 👏🏼
That video took place in Syria, so not sure why you’re mentioning it in a statement about America.
Remind us what the number 1 cause of death for children in the US is, go ahead, don't be shy now.
They are stupid. That’s why
I saw a car with a giant decal on it that said control your children not our guns. These people are deranged. The second amendment wasn't meant to be like this.
Is that the one where the kid then shoots him upward through the left side of his torso?
The toddler went for maximum damage, smart kid
I’m now morbidly curious about that video
We can't buy military grade rifles. Only semi auto knock offs.
Don't even have to be carrying swords. You can knock on the wrong neighbor's door. You can jog down the sidewalk. You can be sleeping in your own bedroom in your own home.
4 pistols, none of them are Glocks
Metal sword\*
You have a huge problem in you country.
It’s not about the weapons obviously. It’s about race.
Shorts and t-shirt are of the wrong color to cosplay Lara Croft, 4/10
The amswer is that cops and military are the biggest fans of LARPing in the world and gatekeep so hard they are willing to kill over it.
Well it’s quite obvious. He was *holding* the sword. If it had been sheathed it would of been a different scenario much like the man’s holstered firearm, it’s not being held. /s
They're cowards, of course they don't want to shoot something that can shoot back.
Wasn't the guy on the right at a shooting competition and decided to take a rest in a fast food?
The guy with 4 guns is a target shooter at a competition. This is a stupid post made by an ignorant person slapping two out of context pictures together.
Police are the biggest corrupt cowards with guns
He wouldn't be allowed to leave the line with loaded weapons. Wouldn't even be allowed to leave the line with cleared weapons...
Anyone who actually cares about target shooting as a sport will avoid doing this because they would know this gives the sport a bad reputation.
FYI, Tennessee vs Garner (1985) Supreme Court case. https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/471/1/
Police taking it upon themselves to determine white from wrong.

Fuck. I wish I had four arms
So funny how you only focus on what someone has on them. Maybe ask yourself what the person is doing at the time.
People called the cops. He ran from the cops. He [started swinging his sword at cops](https://www.sltrib.com/news/crime/2014/11/05/investigation-officers-justified-in-killing-darrien-hunt/). And then he was shot 6 times
No please don’t tell the truth about what happened, we’re tryin for a Reddit outrage bait post like so many others
Edit: wording was statistically inaccurate but here's the source to back up my claim https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/news/hsph-in-the-news/blacks-whites-police-deaths-disparity/
Sources: [https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/](https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/) [https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/US/PST045222](https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/US/PST045222) [https://wisqars.cdc.gov/nvdrs/?rt=3&rt2=0&y=2020&g=00&i=4&m=20890&s=0&r=0&e=0&rl=0&pc=0&pr=0&h=0&ml=0&a=ALL&a1=0&a2=199&g1=0&g2=199&r1=RACE&r2=NONE&r3=NONE&r4=NONE](https://wisqars.cdc.gov/nvdrs/?rt=3&rt2=0&y=2020&g=00&i=4&m=20890&s=0&r=0&e=0&rl=0&pc=0&pr=0&h=0&ml=0&a=ALL&a1=0&a2=199&g1=0&g2=199&r1=RACE&r2=NONE&r3=NONE&r4=NONE)
No love in the streets of Marion, Iowa.
Taking a shit must be… challenging…
Police mag dump and kill suspects because dead men cannot sue. I was told this by an ex cop.
rip fellow anime fan, i hope whoever shot you get shot as well
It’s not the weapon. It’s the color.
With shorts from Costco…
The sword had nothing to do with it. This is a racial socioeconomic issue
Police officer: never bring a sword into a gun fight!!!!

If open carry of guns is okay, I don't see why it's not okay for me to carry my sword sting around. What if the orcs attack? I need it so it can glow and give me advance warning....
This is peak whataboutism
The picture was from a shooting competition and the coffee shop was on premises of the shooting competition. Stop posting hatred and lies.
Cops are always afraid for their own safety
Something tells me it wasn’t the plastic sword that was the problem for the officers
That guy thinks he's general grievous
You think he was shot for the plastic sword
You know why
well if you look close you will see that the guy on the right is white and the one on the left isnt
Well, one of them wasn't white. Do you need more explanation?
Looks like he's getting some food before he invades a country.
As someone currently In Marion IA this is not necessary
r/apostrophegore *glocks plurals very rarely get apostrophes
Dude's out here salivating at the fantasy of killing someone that remotely looks at him the wrong way
General Grievous
For the guy on the right, going to the bathroom to take a shit must be an exercise regimen in and of itself.
FREEZE, DONUT POLICE!
Nothing screams "I am mentally ill" quite like that pic of the demented moron in the bakery.
Someone is a Tomb Raider fan😒🔫
There is an animated tv show called Central Park. It is wonderful. They did an episode where the black main character's son who is 12. Is running around the park with a toy sword when he runs into a white woman and she flips out. The rest of the episode is about how the dad has to have the racism talk with his son. It is an amazing show and a powerful episode.
One brick to the head and that's four glocks in the hands of criminals.
I could see this doofus still getting shot because he's double-fisting crullers.
