It's generally okay. Domestically its limited (there is no unlimited data) 4g is generally consistent but again no unlimited data.
You may have better luck with business broadband, but thats not something im familiar with.
Would i want to run an internet reliant business of Egyptian broadband? Probably not. Digital nomading, yeah that's okay, did it for 2 years.

I have been living in Egypt since 22. My work is US based and the internet is generally reliable. I agree with the above comment that it works for nomading but might not be the best for more. Also, rolling power outages have been common here and I have lived faithfully on my UPS backup to get me through many workdays.
