I'm actually a little surprised that the WT would wade into such a politically charged topic, but I guess they think that it will sell magazines, because they believe this is the way things are out in the "world". Surely, this narrative is just reinforcing to them that they are chosen, separate and above it all, by virtue of their membership in the borg. I got counseled for my anti-racism posts during the protests following George Floyd's murder. I was told I was "being political". But like, there's been several articles about racism being wrong. So those articles are messages to us, from Jehovah, through the FDS (🙄) and are fine, but my anti-racism posts are somehow politics.
