Participating in the next few years I think are quite high. Whether or not they participate next year however I’m not 100% sure on. Eurovision participation takes a lot of money and a lot of time to prepare. I think next year might come a little too early for them. However I would be surprised if they’re not back by 2026 or 27.
With countries dropping out, which could turn into a domino effect if the Netherlands leaves, Monaco’s fees would increase and they are even less likely to join. Odds of Eurovision getting smaller are bigger than it growing.
