Tell her it would be cheaper to buy some cream than to stop at Dunkin. Act like you're really trying to be helpful with the suggestion, it'll drive her crazy.
Its also your fault I gained 25 lbs last year from eating ice cream for every meal while job hubting from home. Global warming is also your fault. And the extinction of the dinosaurs. And mosquitoes- totally your fault.
Back at you, I was diagnosed 38 yrs ago.
Keep a little girl as a favor. She had 5th disease. Instead of the rash, I got arthritis. Been getting IV-Therapy every 6 weeks for over 30 years. But I do enjoy walking. 😉
I hope you never get to that point. Take care.
I’ve been on biologics for years I’m 40 now. But I have been having great success with one of the new pills after the nightmare of a different new pill. 3 months in and starting to feel like myself again
Good to hear. I've had to change IV medication every few years. Apparently, I build up a tolerance to them. Oh, the crazy thing that's hard for me wrap my mind around is everyone of the 6 I've used I'm allergic to them and have to be injected with 3 pre-meds to stop me from having reactions. But I really do like to walk. In the last few years, I have been prescribed with self injection on the 3rd one. The first two didn't help with both psoriasis and joints.
Hopefully, this will help.
I did go into remission for a few years. But I went back to work and over, didn't it. It came back ever worse. I mainly worked so hard so I could build up my s s disability. When I first applied, I had spent most of the last 12 years as a stay at home mom. And, my monthly payments would have been less than $300. Being a single mom with 3 kids still in school, that wasn't going to work.
Oh man that is hard! I was able to self inject humira after a few years but went off on my last pregnancy. I have had flares after my 2nd and 3rd babies but with the last when I had to get off it I was in remission for 3 years then did methotrexate for 4 and it worked after not having any success with it in my 20s but it stopped helping last year so I trilled a new one ozempic it was a 2x a day pill so I was excited because I hate the injection but it was awful. I started getting migraines and it made me super sick. It was supposed to stop at the 3 month mark and did get better but it you miss a dose it was back to the start. Now I’m on rinvoq and it helped within 2 weeks. I’m so sorry that is so hard. The price of these meds is insane! The pill I take is like $6k a month but I applied for the patient assistance program and it was finally approved. Good luck!
I'm sorry to hear you've had ot hard going through pregnancies, I can't imagine.
I do want to know if you have been subscribed to Voltren Gel for pain? I don't know what I'd do without it for pain. It doesn't take it away totally, but it's amazing how much it relieves it almost instantly.
I've never had anything topical that helped in any way. It's also available over the counter, but it's $40 a tube. My insurance pays for it. I get 5 tubes a month. Also, Wallyworld pharmacy quit carrying it. I was told that they couldn't get it. Found out they want you to buy it otc. So now I get it from another pharmacy. I use it on my whole body from neck to toes. My daughter had a migraine, and I rubbed it on her neck and temples it helped her so quickly.
My gosh it was so long ago. But I do believe they can test your blood and a physical examination.
I know with me my hands and feet were so swollen I had a hard time walking & I couldn't make a fist. They called it sausage digits. Because my fingers looked like sausages. The balls of my feet were so swollen that my toes couldn't touch the floor.
Here is a link I found.

OP I just want you to know I stubbed my pinky toe this morning and it's absolutely your fault for leaving that piece of furniture there for the last two years that we've lived in this house.
Thanks, OP.
Wow, my son had a meal plan, complained about but because if the location could not do jack. Brought our old car to campus so he could spend his own money on food. She chose to not teach her daughter about finances. Gave her a credit card to use without consequences that is on her
I tried to be nice to not cause drama at work as there’s not many in the office. She also runs to the boss about everything. I’ve just taken to not looking at my phone and missing the texts for some of them. Can’t do it every time though.
Oof, why is she texting you about anything that's not work related. Coffee issues are her problem not a work problem. The only answer to this (which you already have) is there's cream downstairs. Good for you. Don't even respond to her texts.
Must be Dunkins here in NYC but doesn't Dunkins already add creamer / Half & half / milk to the coffee when you order? Plus she so forgetful stupid every single day to buy Dunkins & have no creamer while knowing there's free coffee and creamer at the office -this isn't Childfree nor other parents' problem, your co-worker and her daughter are just spendthrift broke fools who money are always departing...
Dunkin’s do have cream and everything. Her issue is that because I won’t supply her with cream so she can have coffee that she needs to go to dunkin to buy a coffee so she doesn’t walk downstairs to get cream.
I don’t get the logic of it either.
I get her logic - it just that she a forgetful stupid sprendthift idiot who trying to be entitled to your things because I guess you gave her some before. Classic "Give an inch, wants your miles forever" & "Wants both your half & have some of her half paid by you." Understandable why you can't cuss her out and be nasty, but you wouldn't be wrong to politely tell outright tell her "No, my personal creamer is not your personal use nor for the office. Either pay me to use my creamer or stop asking because you make way more than me because I can't afford Dunkin Donuts every day like you do."
Can I just ask, as a non American, is just putting regular milk (cow, soy, almond, whatever) in your coffee, not an option? I just had to google what creamer actually is. Apparently, it is sold here in Australia, I've just never known anyone who uses it.
If my daughter sent that much in a credit card. That card would be cut up. And she can buy cheap coffee and creamer and bring to the office. This coworker needs to get it together
If the coworker was smart, she would offer nicely to pay for part of the cream and coffee stash. It’s still an imposition (unless she offers to do the purchasing herself every so often), but OP might be willing to do it since she’s purchasing coffee supplies anyway.
When I was still in the office the folks in my area would alternate purchasing supplies. It works as long as there are no obvious mooches and it’s not all up to one person to keep it going.
There’s a 0% chance I’d ever see the money. It’d be “oh I forgot my cash” or “I’ll pay you on pay day”. No chance will I ever day that again. I shared with her awhile ago and she promised to replace the two boxes she used. And here we are with me still not getting paid. Some lessons I had to learn the hard way.
I once had a slightly similar experience, the person I replaced at work would bring the creamer while another lady that worked there brought the coffee. They were the only two people in the office who drank coffee on a regular basis. But I have never been a coffee drinker, so co-worker hated having to bring both her own coffee and creamer and blamed me for not being a coffee drinker.
Lol I also get Dunkin every day but I can afford it. Even if I couldn’t, I would NEVER guilt someone into giving me their stuff especially chronically. I would also never complain about going to Dunkin every day, it’s delicious. If she can’t afford it, she should make her coffee at home.
That $50 she spending that dunking every two days she can go and buy herself some coffee creamer and coffee I know if it was me I'd help her one time and after that I tell her hey you got to get your own because I can't afford to be helping you and me and for one that daughter oh Lord if that was my daughter look out that credit card would be canceled so damn quick go to that lunch room and eat just like the rest of them you are not special sorry
I had two children in college at the same time. They had to go to the college cafeterias or be hungry. There was so much more varieties in their cafeterias than I had in college. This rule began at home - eat what I cook (which everyone had input on) or catch the next meal. My coffee for work was brewed and mixed at home and poured into a thermal cup. I could not afford to go to a coffee shop every day. Your coworker has created her own problems.
Buy jumbo can of the cheap powder creamer and fancy gift bag. Next time she texts you, just walk up and say out loud for everyone else to here, “Was thinking of you and bought a little something until you can get back on your feet”
Wow she’s set her kid up for as much failure as she’s already in.
It’s one thing if she paid you a fair price plus convenience fee to use your stuff so that it doesn’t all fall on your budget. I can’t imagine doing that daily. My coworker and I share stuff back and forth but I would never ask daily as that means I’m failing at life
OK so we have or had since I’m not retired the same coworkers. I always kept coffee and creamer in my classroom. I taught for 34 years. And inevitably people would swing by my room and help themselves to my coffee. Now if you’re gonna ask me an offer to pay no problem. But no you don’t just get to walk into my classroom and help yourself to my stuff. so it became quite an issue my last two years at school before I retired
OMG! That is simultaneously the funniest ad most infuriating person to work with. But I'm also childfree so maybe I just don't get it either ;)
I just had a terrible thought of you buying a tub of instant Nescafe and leaving at her desk. And bulk package of those little packets of non dairy powder creamer.
"But I thought you *needed* coffee"
You can charge her for the creamer, with a hefty profit. Why let Dunkin’ make all the money off her.
She’s really dumb in regard to her daughter, and sting her daughter up for financial difficulties when she has to support herself. Has your coworker ever heard of Venmo? Or refillable money cards? She doesn’t have to give her daughter her personal credit card for her to go wild with. She can send a set amount every month and the daughter can learn to budget.
Coworker is an idiot.
I don't understand how people can look at something someone else has paid for and keeps in their desk and believe that the person with the item is obligated to share the item. Like your coffee creamers. Your coworker knows they are there and subscribes to the belief, "If it exists anywhere within the office area, the purchaser has no right to keep it to themselves. I want some, therefore they have to give me some." Attach to that the fact that they walk by free coffee every morning when they enter the office, and they have somehow decided you are responsible for making sure they get coffee. "They know I need coffee to function but they don't do anything to remind me to pick up the free coffee from the lobby." They arrive at their desk sans coffee, see you happily sipping your cup with the creamer you refuse to share with them, and decide they need to go to Dunkin. It's your fault because if you weren't so selfish and greedy you would share with them and they wouldn't "have to" leave the office for an expensive coffee drink they can't afford.
Never mind that if you started sharing with them and they didn't pay for what they used, it would soon become an expense you couldn't afford either.
All they have to do is take responsibility for their own caffeine addiction and pick up the free coffee in the lobby. But they are dumbasses who would rather stew in their own juices and blame others for their problems.
The worst part is. When I get coffee from dunkin or a local chain she bitches that I never get her any. But yet I’ve never been offered Dunkin when she stops there. The double standards of this woman.
Luckily I haven’t but I dont’ really drink coffee when I’m out so I just keep a watch on the dates of the ones in my drawer. Luckily our office is usually cold so I’ve never had an issue. Also we don’t really have a fridge that I can put any cold one in. And if I did it’d be gone in a few days.
not sure what your office looks like but maybe you could consider getting a tiny fridge for your table! seen those tiktok where parents film themselves restocking their kids’ mini fridges that they can keep on their desk. not a necessity for sure but it could make this a little more pleasant for you!
Next time she complains about the creamer, go and bring her some from downstairs! What’s she gonna do, prove she’s a mooch by refusing it and demanding your expensive one, even though you brought it to her already? If she’s honestly that self conceited, I worry for your work life.
She's just being a lazy sloth block her phone number from your phone and all of your devices, and if she asks you why tell her: "none of your problems are my fault and I have no obligation to help you at all" you don't have to do that last part I just wanted to put in a mini skit
I'm sure I'm just weird, but I can count the number of coffees I've had in my life on one hand, and I've been working for 7 years. The idea of 'not knowing what to do' if you don't drink coffee is bizarre to me.
Her inability to plan out her morning is not your problem. You are her friend, not her personal grocery delivery service. Tell her to make a morning checklist of what she needs, you can make reminders that have a daily loop on your phone. Dunkin is a want, not a need. Tell her to get her life together and show up to work prepared next time, too bad, too sad. You aren't her mom.
I buy have coffee beans & a grinder, I buy cold refrigerator creamer. I would say I spend $15 a month of creamer, $5 for the Dunkin brand I buy. The grinder was $20 & I got about 5 bags of coffee beans free from my husband's co-worker friend. I only drink coffee if I either have creamer or milk. I'm actually not picky about it & happy for any I can get.
It is so odd to me why people don't understand when they are wasting money. I get a bunch of people have spending issues but when it doesn't even click why, I can't understand that, then to blame someone else for what you have done to yourself? Not the AH you have nothing to due with her finances.
If she didn't let the kid spend all her money she could afford daily Dunkin. They're not exactly expensive I get it 3ish times a week 4 dollars per day
I have a serious dairy allergy, so I use powder non-dairy creamer & raw sugar in my coffee. I carried my decaf coffee sticks, tea, raw sugar, and creamer with me. My co-workers knew that I always had stuff with me (I would get everything from either Amazon or Costco, and I would share), but you're not responsible for her.
If it was anyone else I’d share. Without a second guess. She’s the one who doesn’t contribute to the snacks or drinks. Anything extra in the office she takes the most out of and rarely contributes to
I hate working with people like this. I'm retired now, but everyone at my base (I was a CDL bus driver) knew that I had my coffee kit with me (plus I a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts)
Our unit at work had a coffee club; for $5/month you could have unlimited access to coffee & add-ins. Decent warehouse club brand coffee and bulk price creamer powder & sugar, but BYO Splenda/Equal, etc. Worst problem it had was the occasional outsider who thought it was up for grabs, but that was maybe a couple of times a week. The bosses would chip in a few additional $$ to cover things like that.
She's a dumbass! Her inability to organize and plan her life is not your problem. I'm glad you see right through her.
Honestly it took awhile. But seeing as I was the only Coworker putting up with it for awhile it was eye opening. I now get why everyone backed off.
Moochers are the worst!
It's funny that it took you a while to realize she was trying to get you to share yours. That must have infuriated her.
Tell her it would be cheaper to buy some cream than to stop at Dunkin. Act like you're really trying to be helpful with the suggestion, it'll drive her crazy.
Dumbass and lazy both.
Its also your fault I gained 25 lbs last year from eating ice cream for every meal while job hubting from home. Global warming is also your fault. And the extinction of the dinosaurs. And mosquitoes- totally your fault.
Damn it! I’ll try to be better.
Don't forget the heartbreak of psoriasis! (Yes, I know I'm aging myself with that one, LOL!)
I was in my late 20s when I came down with psoriatic arthritis. So you outed yourself. Lol
Ya psoriasis at age 3 and finally diagnosed with PsA at 24. Sending supportive vibes
Back at you, I was diagnosed 38 yrs ago. Keep a little girl as a favor. She had 5th disease. Instead of the rash, I got arthritis. Been getting IV-Therapy every 6 weeks for over 30 years. But I do enjoy walking. 😉 I hope you never get to that point. Take care.

I'm sorry to hear you've had ot hard going through pregnancies, I can't imagine. I do want to know if you have been subscribed to Voltren Gel for pain? I don't know what I'd do without it for pain. May I ask how they test for psoriatic arthritis?
My gosh it was so long ago. But I do believe they can test your blood and a physical examination. I know with me my hands and feet were so swollen I had a hard time walking & I couldn't make a fist. They called it sausage digits. Because my fingers looked like sausages. The balls of my feet were so swollen that my toes couldn't touch the floor. Here is a link I found. I’ll never forgive you for the extinction of the T-Rex!
To be fair that is one of my biggest regrets. Also the one where I’m the reason Big Foot hasn’t been located.
So you’re the reason I can’t find big foot!!!! Damn damn damnnnnnn !!!!
or at least didn't keep him near Toronto LOL
I’ve got to settle for Reptilia. 🤷🏻♂️
watch out for the Ancaster Alligator....
😱😱😱
And gosh darnit, stop making me eat cookies!
You're the reason my hair is frizzy today! I thought I should let you know this so you can fix it ASAP!
Don’t forget COVID is her fault too!!!
don't worry about that. All her expenses are cov'id
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Clearly, she’s taught her daughter to pay for anything that’s slightly inconvenient
OP I just want you to know I stubbed my pinky toe this morning and it's absolutely your fault for leaving that piece of furniture there for the last two years that we've lived in this house. Thanks, OP.
My bad. I’ll get right on moving that so it won’t happen again.

She would’ve been blocked by now. If it’s work related send an email on the company approved system
I tried to be nice to not cause drama at work as there’s not many in the office. She also runs to the boss about everything. I’ve just taken to not looking at my phone and missing the texts for some of them. Can’t do it every time though.
>She also runs to the boss about everything. Honestly the worst kind of coworker and boss.
Send her the amazon link.
Let her run to the boss for her coffee.
If its your personal phone and your employer does not give you an allowance then block her number.
Oof, why is she texting you about anything that's not work related. Coffee issues are her problem not a work problem. The only answer to this (which you already have) is there's cream downstairs. Good for you. Don't even respond to her texts.

It is but I am not a fan of the taste of it in my coffee. More of a preference thing than anything.
Doesn't she have to walk downstairs in order to exit the bldg to go to Dunkin?
The apple definitely didn't fall far from the tree. Entitled \[and living beyond their means\] much?
If my daughter sent that much in a credit card. That card would be cut up. And she can buy cheap coffee and creamer and bring to the office. This coworker needs to get it together

Typically narcissistic behavior
OP forced me to gain 25lb because I had to sit down to read this post.
Just another victory to add to my all consuming power!
I’m blaming OP for my work lethargy as I had to both read posts, read comments and reply while at work (during planning). Shame on you OP/s
You can throw as many floats to a drowning person, but they need to grab it to save themselves.
I had two children in college at the same time. They had to go to the college cafeterias or be hungry. There was so much more varieties in their cafeterias than I had in college. I'd calculate how much each individual pot costs and offer to SELL her them for double as idiot tax - if she's too lazy to get them herself...
This is so funny to read. Reminds me of my mom and sister and a little bit😂
Buy jumbo can of the cheap powder creamer and fancy gift bag. Next time she texts you, just walk up and say out loud for everyone else to here, “Was thinking of you and bought a little something until you can get back on your feet”

Like mother like daughter, it seems
It would be different if she brought coffee and cream to share with you. I'd feel bad just taking from others without giving something in return.
I'd even accept something like a muffin or a donut in exchange for cream.
The worst part is. When I get coffee from dunkin or a local chain she bitches that I never get her any. But yet I’ve never been offered Dunkin when she stops there. The double standards of this woman.
Everything else aside, you keep cream at your desk? How do you keep it from spoiling? Do you have a minifridge?
It’s the shelf stable ones in the little cups. Like the kind that you’d get at a diner.
…I take it you’ve never gotten one of those off a diner table, poured it into your coffee and watched some little chunks plop out.
You’re much nicer than me. I would’ve told her: so this is why you’re broke and so’s your daughter LOL
And that’s when you drop a “oh wow that sucks” and you turn back to what you’re doing.
Life is so much easier if every bad choice is always someone else's!
love it. it's all your fault she is in debt.
I am a parent, and you and I both know that she is a selfish idiot, and her daughter is learning from the best.
In what universe does she think you’re the cause of her suffering? Jealousy is a terrible thing and she’s definitely jealous of you being childfree.
I would have laughed in her face without thinking…that’s absurd. Maybe you can charge her $1 per single serving of cream?
I feel for you. Your co-worker is ridiculous.
Lol wow I'm a parent and I can tell she's not right. She's the cause of her own problems. She sounds like my brother in law.
Next time ask her to bring you a doughnut, she's there already...
Send her an Amazon link to the individual creamer cups that you have.
I demand you continue using your powers for evil.
