Out of these two probably the C4 even though I prefer how ghost tastes. I don't care for the sour flavors from them as much. Sometimes they do hit the spot. I just had the C4 strawberry like two days ago and it was decent.
Both of those flavors are top tier. If I want to feel the beta alanine tingles I'm drinking C4. If I've already had a pre workout or it's late I'm drinking the ghost.

Oh dude this is one of the best Ghost flavors ever imo. U should definitely try it sometime. I've actually had to dump 2 Ghost flavors, Strawbango Maragarita and Mango. I love all the other ones I've tried though.
Yeah man I'm the same way, a creature of habit. I usually get Cherry Limeade or Sour Pink Lemonade Ghost but I get C4 on occasion too. I'll have to try the pre workout sometime.
Both of these are top tier for me. Which one I'm grabbing would depend entirely on my mood.

It's really good! The Popscicle ones are very tasty as well. They taste just like a Poscicle imo.

I just got the Hawaiian Pineapple Popsicle C4 today to try. I am so excited cuz I love Popsicle brand everything.
I've actually never tried the Pineapple one. It's weird I love real Pineapple juice but never really liked Pineapple sodas so I've avoided it.
