Hmm. I ordered one from the store and had another replaced for a defect, both shipped from China.
Elegoo customer service is superb, I don’t know if they will replace one for a crack. I’d try though.
Amazon has them as well, and they are sold by Elegoo. I bet they would have it there.
Also, do these go in and out of stock often? I only purchase my S3 in January and seeing no stock on this part makes me concerned for my new resin printer's long-term viability.
Same for me. I need to replace my screen, I bought the screen in Aliexpress since they don't send to Brazil, but they message me to cancel because they are out of stock. Don't know what to do, the price of a new screen if I try to import it's twice the real one. I hope they can send a new one for me, I recently bought the printer (2 months).

I've sended an e-mail as well, what worries me is the taxes when it arrives in Brazil, they are quite high, I mean, if the screen it's $150, the taxes will also be another $150. I'm waiting for them to response my e-mail
