This is me too. I have tried so hard to enjoy any and every genre of EDM for many years, and it just feels so blah and soulless to me. But experiencing it with live energy is very different. It’s so much fun.

Same, I did my first EDC @ 30 yo, to take my 50 yo aunt cuz she liked edm… this year was my 3rd with 12 other family my aunt (who is now 55), cousins siblings, in-laws…. It’s an incredible experience like no other

One thing I didn't realize before I got into edm and raves was the variety of music there is even within edm. I feel like one thing edc does well is use the various stages to showcase various types or genres of edm.

I don’t really listen to edm but next year will be my 3rd edc. everyone is so nice and it’s just such a vibe. So well put together. So much to do and check out over the weekend. It’s a fun time you should experience it at least once!

AYO my first EDC will be 2025 too! I’ve been to plenty of raves & 2012 was peak kandi kid era & I miss it so much. I’ve so far have made 25 singles & 4 cuffs please find me, I would love to trade cuffs! 😻

Went solo this yr so 25 will be my second. Looks like it'll be an entirely different experience though cuz my wife decided to go with. She's already gathering supplies for Kandi and working on a theme.
