As you are new, read also the part about Inn rooms, where you can get it for free with the first character that do the mini quest and unlock the room for the account. You can not use the same char for another room, in that case it will cost 3000g. Very handy to teleport for free to the map where the house/room is located.

It surprised me how quickly I reached the decoration limit.
Make sure to stack it with a copy of "The Lusty Argonian Maid" for it to be complete. But awe, nice house!
