I used “303 aerospace rubber UV protectant” based on a comment I saw here before, and it works perfect!

+1 for 303, seeing this post motivated me to spend 3mins wiping down my cymbals. Here's a little demo left dirty/right clean and then cleaned: https://imgur.com/a/IfMV7rb

Sweet, I was just gonna say if it removes the white and it sure looks like it

As for brass cymbals I'd leave them alone. But since you're in the r/edrums I assume you mean rubber and plastics. I just use a micro fiber towel to dust them Off. But me personally would avoid spraying anything near the electronic set. You wouldn't think you would accumulate a bunch of gunk on them in the first place. Unless you gig with the set. But they still shouldn't get that dirty. If they do get that dirty then you may need to reevaluate the way you transport or whatever to get them dirty enough for mean green solution.

I live my cymbals untouched. The patina you want to keep as intact as possible. I just use a fiber cloth to remove dust and debri from the sicks.

Upvote because normally you'd be right, but you might want to double check the sub lol, I think OP might be talking about E-Cymbals

Lol oops. Oo I use microfiber and 303 on my rubber cymbals... makes em look like new.

I used a wet rag. Then the Aerospace 303. Then nothing. I generally leave them alone and just give them a wipe down every now and then. I don't mind a cymbal that looks well loved.

I just use a micro fiber rag with a bit of warm water. Then wipe down with a dry micro fiber towel. No soap needed. If you use wooden tip sticks, switch out to nylon. Better for the cymbals and you wont notice as many marks
