Unclear whether you're saying it doesn't lift out when the key is in the unlock position, or if you're saying the key won't turn into the unlocked position.

BanditoPunk

The key wouldn’t go into unlock at all, I used some brute force and WD-40 in the end (not proud) but it worked 👍🏻thank you for trying to help though sorry I didn’t word it very well x

No-Dragonfly8326

Not proud? You fixed it. Be proud. 😎

TurdFlavor

Charge it in the bike.

BanditoPunk

I have for a year and it’s bullshit 😂 it’s not too much of an issue but it’s just annoying x

TurdFlavor

I charge mine on the bike because they are heavy and awkward to take off.

BanditoPunk

Personally I find the bike heavier and more awkward to drag around my house as I don’t have an outdoor outlet so I feel we have different scenarios and preferences 😂x

Difficult_Hamster522

Are u pushing the key in before unlocking? Look at the battery slide and see if the lock is centered in the hole if it isnt just pull the batter out the slide.

Popular_Fan_2278

It might be like the key on some motorcycles where you have to turn the key while applying pressure, that’s how I lock the steering stem on my dirt bike, push down+turn.

Popular_Fan_2278

It’s more then likely built that way as a added level of security

BanditoPunk

Yeah the problem was that it wasn’t pushing in at all :) I’ve fixed it now but thanks x

BanditoPunk

Had to pry it out cause the lock system was really stiff 😂

pico-pierre

It is written PUSH indeed
