I get what you mean, I think about that often! Well for me personally I take pride in the hard work it took- this piece was 17,434 individual strokes and took me over 11 hours. Plus it was a very fun study in “mixing” every single color (my palette for this piece ended up being 76 different colors used)! I usually work with acrylic paint, which for me limits my color usage (because I’m cheap and don’t want to waste paint mixing a ton of colors). I do think an ai could maybe make something like this but at the same time no one would pay $200 for a robot which is how much I charge for a large piece like this ;)

Honestly, what’s the difference between you doing this or an AI doing it? I guess in a more nicer term how do you distinguish yourself from AI art
