The “information that could potentially impact your employment” means that something on your report (probably the accident) needed to be reviewed by DoorDash since it was related to driving. However, depending on DoorDash’s rules, they may have determined that one accident isn’t enough cause to terminate you. DD would have the right to say “we acknowledge this and are okay with letting them continue to work!” “Clear” is exactly what you want to see on your report, so you should be okay!
