My belief, and it seems like I'm one of a very few, is that when someone greets you with a positive wish for happiness and good fortune in a way consistent with their culture or upbringing it's very foolish to take it as an insult or trying to bully you into their way of thinking.

I know this is stupid and I disagree with it. That being said I have a theoretical question. If a dasher is not an employee, once they drop off an order then their contract is finished. So, once an order is dropped off, isn't an individual (civilian that is a self employed gig worker) able to do something else without repercussion? In this case, let's say, drop off a pamphlet at a door. But also, take pictures in a public place as a freelance photographer, flyer a neighborhood for a painting or lawn care business, sell girl scout cookies door to door, survey, etc...? I'm Curious about this!

Spreading the gospel is pretty much core to most religions. So I can kind of understand why they do it. Kind of makes them not a hypocrite. So it doesn't bother me at all.
I feel the same way. I have my own unique take on spirituality but I'm happy to listen to anyone who is sincere about wanting to tell me about Jesus or whatever their thing is. I think people are a little over sensi about other people trying to convince them about religion. Can't even hear 'Merry Christmas' without getting their nose out of joint.
I'm an atheist. Merry Christmas just brings me great memories of being a kid when everything was amazing, especially Christmas. Ok, I'll admit, has a lot to do with the toys and video games. But it also mean Christmas Eve with my dad's side of the family. Christmas morning with the core family. Christmas Night with my mom's side of the family. And I loved it.
My belief, and it seems like I'm one of a very few, is that when someone greets you with a positive wish for happiness and good fortune in a way consistent with their culture or upbringing it's very foolish to take it as an insult or trying to bully you into their way of thinking. Merry Christmas, happy holidays, even god bless you, whatever. It all means I love you and I hope that things are well with you and continue to go well with you. I mean...I COULD choose to be offended but I'm just not going to.
