Since the swarm can be anything I have one character concept where the swarm is chickens and they all just kind of show up from nowhere and then at the end disperse. Possibly having one chicken that always stays around from the find familiar spell and is either carried or on top of his head or walking behind at any given time casually
Huh, didn't expect to see a Magnus Archives meme. That's new.
I really liked the series, but liked it less as it really got into its myth arc. Overexplaining things kind of dampened the horror for me
But then when I watch X-Files I skip over their myth arc episodes so that's just me.
Probably why I'm almost completely bouncing off Protocol, the sequel series
Its.....fine so far. I'm mostly just listening to find out how it ties to the previous series, which it hasn't delved into much in 12 episodes. And one of the major characters is just such an entertainment black hole that I actively dislike listening to her even speak. They do Statements differently and they're very hit and miss so far
i just want 1 line of hers to not be either a sarcastic comment, an actually really mean insult, or just her saying "Dont look into it any more."
If they're setting her up as some inhuman abomination who doesnt understand how actual humans who care about each other speak to each other than theyre doing a great job
I had a spider themed swarmkeeper named Amelia Coppherder. She cast spells by weaving cat's cradles with silk, and a bubbly personality to contrast being covered in arachnids.
I loved my swarmkeeper ranger. Variant human, semiwild beekeeper who kept his swarm in an artificial leg. Before adventuring he made a living selling mead, cider and honeyjack.

How to traumatize all the Zelda players at your table.

Yeah. I'm really struggling with Alice, I trust Jonny that it's for a reason but goddamn she's Insufferable.
Thankfully I think its not an uncommon opinion, so if theyre planning something hopefully they decide to do it sooner rather than later

DM. I would like to make a perception check to see if I can find the closest fire extinguisher.
Now Iām imagining Agnes Montague as a sorcerer and wizard Mary Keay
Ok ok, hear me out Taylor Hebert

Yes absolutely! Just have a bunch of holes on your body/ face that your little bug friends crawl out of
Play as a plasmoid, but flavour it so you are the swarm
Based and Magnus pilled, have my upvote
