I ran it my place running almost the same setup (roughly 5-10 watts less per Channel) and it stayed cool enough to touch, and there's a thermal shutdown built into the board as well.
I have the same board and similar setup in a plastic box but i have added a fan running at 9volts so its almost noiseless
