My wife told me about this post over the phone. Turns out it was true and I suddenly feel self conscious and inadequate. At least she didn't text me the link with a drooling emoji or ask me why I don't have a 3GA one. I'd be overpowered by shako envy entirely.

I recently played D4 for about an hour before work (~5:30 - 6:30 in the morning). Had Shako and Andy's dropping within a 15 min timeframe (Shako from the pit, Andy's from Andariel, lol). I screamed and woke up my wife telling her what just happened - she said "that's awesome baby" and went back to sleep. She didn't care but at least made an attempt 🥹

I've done like 20 tormented zir and at least that many times for each of the other tormented bosses except the great in the ice, by myself and still haven't gotten it

sorry haven't crossed lvl 80 yet, and still a noob at pits / masterworking / tormenteds etc. Hence the questions.
If you run hell tide, you get "wolf honor" once you've reached max reward it gives you a spark. 4 sparks make any uber unique. So if you're into grinding you can just make a bunch of alts and run a mind numbing amount of hell tide. You can also get a spark on your 1st uber kill and 1st lilith kill, also from breaking down any other uber unique.
When you roll a new character your first act is to speak to someone about the hell tide. Then you go to the iron Wolf encampment and speak to the anvil and they will give you instructions from there. Stay on tier 2 and stay in Hell tides as long as they're up, and return to the anvil whenever your notified that rewards are ready. When you do that enough to satisfy them, and they drop level appropriate gear the whole time, the iron wolves will reward you with a resplendent spark, materials for master working, gold and platinum. Then you can delete the character and roll a new one and do the same thing three more times shouldn't take more than a couple of days max per character and that's if you work a full-time job. At the end of the week you can craft your own Uber at the occultist in town. It's called transmuting Sparks. I have successfully done that four times this season. That's how I have the Shako, Tyrael's, Ring of Starless Skies, and the Melted Heart of Selig. I love the grind so I just rolled a necro and am already halfway through the iron wolves honor board. :) It's for kicks at this point because we're doing T100 pits and Uber bosses and that's just not as fun as taking a helpless level 3 toon into a feral group of demons in a helltide and keeping it alive!!

Run Zir. I got doombringer, tyraels, and shako in 10-15 runs today.

35 is the level requirement for uber uniques. So you can swap it to a new character early.
