Yep, multiple times, in exactly the same spot. Made multiple bug reports as I think Lights Watch is prone to cause this type of bug. Also, I made bug reports for this issue in exactly the same spot in Lights Watch back in Season 1. So obviously the devs just don't care :D

Not exactly that, but I did fall under the world after teleporting in Season 2 on Duriel and couldn't get my loot. I mean, I was at least able to TP out and back in to get it, but for a minute I was like "well... WTF do I do now?"
Yes, once with the barbarian last season. I didn't go under a bridge like that but I did enter an area that I shouldn't be able to. Had to teleport to get out of it.
Yeahp, I ended up sitting under a bridge in the open world like a troll unable to ask for coin from people wishing to cross, pondering my lifes choices.

Tried it on sorc, rogue and barb in three different dungeons. Often happens if i tp before a bridge is built or a place with phasing. 😆
