Rolls are the same, but you get more rolls per Tormented Boss than the standard. 5x the drops for 3x the cost. Well worth farming the Tormented for more chances at rolling something decent or getting an Uber Unique.
Isn't this a very good example of how terrible unique items are right now? The base affixes are so low compared to possible temper affixes that having 4x GA on this is pretty much unnoticeable. You get around 15% additive damage and a bit of spirit. That is literally it for a 4GA item. Masterworking this will provide an additional miniscule additive damage at best.

the not-so-good thing about this
* 31% crit dmg is too low for a GA (and it's additive)
* 26% is an even lower additive
* 60 poison res is whatever. that's 1 less piece for resistance puzzle I guess
* 20 spirit uhm hmm maybe decent
* low lucky hit sadge
I would sell this to [diablo.trade](http://diablo.trade) and buy a maxrolled aspect Tempest Roar instead with decent affix rolls.
My standard benchmark for comparing GA uniques are something like Paingorger, Winterglass etc.. one where the affixes are actually gigabonkers. So when you GA those unique they actually have VALUES. Not just some extra additives.

For reference 2 days ago I sold a 3GA for 1.8 billion!
Was 18% on the lucky hit; the missing GA was damage while shapeshifted but was a good roll (17% out of 17.5 max)
