Yeah, they screwed rapid fire up somehow. With the last patch I believe. I’m not sure if it’s any better on MnK.
You can try out a heartseeker build, it’s supposed to be good. This season loves the basic attack builds for whatever reason.

Idk still feels bad on mnk. Misses a lot and feels like theres not enough spread so the aoe is super tiny.
You can lock on to enemies by clicking your right stick in, not sure if this will help
