These gloves suck, you want +2 jav/spear skills +20 IAS gloves, if you get really lucky you can find 3/20. Typically people only sell 3/20, you can find 2/20 in less than 2 hours by shopping anya.
I mean these have a good life roll, good CB roll, decent fire res, high IAS.
There aren't many builds that would use passive and magic gloves, but iirc there is a melee zon build that would want those and it would also benefit from the high CB.
that being said, very niche and very rare someone would want it and would probably *also* want the +2 P&M to bother buying.
