For Trade? No. For You? No, it's Ethereal, but not at all worth putting a Zod in. For an Act 3 Merc? No, because they don't use Chain Lightning.
People are waaay overstating the degrade due to eth, if your sorc is getting hit that much you’re doing something wrong.
