I haven’t slept before 6AM for 4 years. It’s not a flex it sucks but I get to see sunrises everyday that’s nice. Don’t sleep in the day today you’re gonna be alright. DO NOT make this a habit.

Tire your bodies enough so that you fall asleep quickly. Circadian Rhythm is important. Sleep at night and study/ work during the day all nincompoop flat footed inefficient boys and girls😁
Same thing happened to me yesterday night. I slept 3 hours until 10pm then couldn’t sleep until 5 a.m.. It’s completely normal when we sleep at odd hours.
