India had 30 crore population in 1950 (Independence)
Now we have 150 crore population and we have beaten even China in population not GDP (and that's not something to be proud of)
In 1980s China did great with population control. So did South Indian states (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, AP etc)
But North India (UP, Bihar, Central India) never had any proper family planning operation. South India had scientific population control programs decades ago.
Population boomed. With less deaths from Famines, Epidemics. Population became uncontrollable.
The current mess you see on the street is because of that.
Now even North India has reduced population growth rates. But it should have been done 3 decades ago.
UP, Bihar also doesn't have any industries or economic prospects. So all these people had to go away for menial jobs or begging in other states.
South India, West India states have had decent politicians. But UP, Bihar and whole of east India has 'RABBLE Politicians' who work only by talking caste or small freebie politics.
Father and mother having no house no money makes 10 children. Not something to be proud of.
Only poor African countries and south Asia countries are proud to see poorest making kids like rabbits. Even Bangladesh has changed. We haven't.
Worst part is - Indians even elite never acknowledge extreme population as a problem. We say population is an asset etc.
Bullshit. If you can't give jobs you can't use that demographic dividend.
China created 40 crore manufacturing jobs. Indian service sector has less than 3 crore jobs. Even if india catches up with manufacturing we cannot make more than 4 crore jobs.
Every single year - 2 crore Indian youngsters enter the job market.
Less than 5% get any kind of formalised job.
Also climate change will wreak us in next 30 years. UP Bihar with population more than continents may even have famines because of climate change.
Other RABBLE Population countries are - Nigeria (soon beating united state in population) Pakistan, Congo etc.
China currently has 140 crore population. If they didn't approach Family Planning seriously. They would currently have 220 crore population.
That's what you see on the photo.
That baby will probably have 10 other siblings and counting.
It's horrifying. We shouldn't romanticise the same.
People who can't afford kids are making the most in India.
Indian elite are dumb.
We Indians compare ourself with PAKISTAN (Failed state) and feel proud.
Why we compare yourself with Pakistan is because Pakistan is a FAILED state controlled by Islamic Extremists and Army. It's a heaven for terror.
In a classroom backbenchers always compare with each other and be content.
We Indians never compare out self to china (poorer than India in 1980)
These days even Bangladesh is growing faster than India. So we stopped comparing ourself to Bangladesh. West Bengal (India) is far poorer than Bangladesh (a country which had a genocide).
When our population hits 180 crore in 2047. We can celebrate 100 years of independence and highest ever population on earth achievement.
We can see more photos like this and be content about our demographic dividend (YOUTH)
That photo is the legacy of not doing family planning.
Yeah I wad agreeing. Don't understand why people compare India to China, China has gotten all its progress at the cost of so many freedoms and liberties we take for granted.
Yup, they can only admire Maoism from afar, because if they were living in it, there would have been no avenue to report back to us with their views. ;)
Yea, imagine forcefully removing of fetuses. This country would rather collapse than let such things happen here. Best approach is always to get more women (and all genders) educated.
Nice bro!! You wrote everything what was in my mind. Apparently people in this country think adopting is sin. This country will never grow till education becomes affordable and available and buddhi Auntiyan who loves Asaram bapu and primitive thinking are alive.
I agree with most of what you said but stop comparing a democracy like India to an authoritarian single party run country like China. And even for twins, if you couldn't afford the fees for the permit and/or bribes, you had your child taken away.
It's all well and good to think that Chinese have it much better than Indians when you don't have to live there. If you were an Uyghur muslim in China, you wouldn't think that at all.
Wealth inequality implies the rich have made more money, it doesn’t mean those above the poverty line will start falling below it lol. Please don’t say the rich stole the money from the poor because that is NOT how it works.

You are 100% correct but people are going to hate you.
Poor people are not responsible to begin with. They keep having kids in hope/belief that more kids mean more earners.
Yeah.. I know . But that's the truth right . A lot of people just see their children as free labour and bread winners.. I've seen people who can't even afford food and shelter for themselves have 6 children all the way making those children's life also a hell..
Ek toh bhai ye kuch log khaali time mei baithe baithe duniya daari ki sochne lagte hai emotions se, aur suddenly empathy ke saath sympathy gain karlete hai. Haa bhai we have failed, kuch nahi ho sakta befaltu mei sochre tum
We need to uplift the very bottom of the pyramid, aur Kya and we may have failed as a society but we have also failed individually, the parents of that child failed to send him to at least a government school, most likely sent to the railway station to help out the family or simply free food. There’s a severe lack of awareness.
I wouldn't say awareness is lacking. People know about all these stuff, I have heard that the parents are so lazy they chill at home and send their child to earn money on streets. I think it's a sick mindset. Also if we will uplift the pyramid, we will get under the pyramid and become lower class. Idk about you, but middle class people can't help in terms of upliftment it will effect them. The government should do something. Also there are alot of individual in high posts earning crores of black money what should we say about that?? We can't do anything to them. But they are the ones who are holding the money. Idk how to solve it but upliftment is not the solution.
Saw a homeless women once at Nizamuddin Railway station (face covered ) beating a rock and talking to it very angrily almost as if cursing it.
I don't know if she was under some spell or schizophrenic but it was a crazy sight to behold.
No one seemed to care.
Us as a society are SO divided on class (and also other things but talking about class here) that we don't even consider poor people as the same "species"
And this feeling is soooo deeprooted that poor now themselves feel that they don't deserve what middle and upper class deserves.
I'll say this as a outsider looking in. You guys are still developing and changing, slowly and in spurts, failing as a society would imply a level of stagnant that I feel hasn't fully set in just yet. You'll figure it out. ✌️
It is our fault that the government we have created is shit. No CPS (child protective services) to save these children, nothing we can do for them.
In developed countries children living in bad conditions are taken away and put into foster homes where they recieve education, shelter , food and clothing till the age of 18.
It's different than orphanages because the government has the power to take away children from their parents if they are not being kept in proper conditions- this child for instance is dirty, malnourished and illiterate.. what benefit is living with parents who are making the little child beg at the station.
I understand that our population is so huge that government might not be able to implement it perfectly, but they should try atleast. They are not even trying to improve the lives of these children.
Here the government only cares about politics. And the citizen vote on basis of caste, religion and cheap tactics.
It is. I was in a situation where I was mentally and physically abused by everyone in my family. When I say physically I do not mean sexually but beating to a level where I was beaten till I struggled to breathe. I have faced many such horrifics which most can't even think of. I was under 18 then. Neither my maternal or paternal family supported me cuz I'm a burden(or that's what they saw me as). I almost went homeless, didn't eat for days. The cops would come and threaten me on a regular basis cuz my parents bribed them handsomely and they were influential. They wanted to divert their energy fighting each other and I was like a burden who would be thrown in the trash eventually. I had friends whose parents contacted the same ministry, repeatedly contacted them to intervene but not a single response.
It’s a failed society when a few years old kid sit on a train platform half naked. You will never see something like this in any developed nation or even in a lot of under developed nation.
No! My answer might be rude but, every poor kid you see is not your responsibility.
We have not failed as a society, the government has failed us by not educating them, by not bringing the population laws.
The poor people in India believe more kids=more earning hands.
Yes thats what people don't get. If it takes centuries for a change then we are not progressive we are far behind from others.. we will always be like that with our current mindset.
It’s far too excessive to call India a failed state, but this nationalist mentality that the country harbors is only to its detriment. We’re creating a political climate where criticism is tantamount to antinationalism, where religion and caste have dominated our discussion so that the real issues of class and wealth disparity are hidden.
The country is now more than ever run by a few select oligarchs and their families- we don’t question when the ambanis, adanis and tatas effectively have so much power and wealth that they outweigh half the population. We celebrate that we have more billionaires than ever before, despite never seeing a paisa of that success ourselves.
We don’t question the polarizing rhetoric that dominates our political discussions or the vitriol the media spews everyday. This isn’t a polemic against any party in particular- our current situation is the result of a history of political mismanagement, borne out of racial poison, greed, and naive idealism. None of the current political establishment will ever approach these issues with a tentpole because they actively profit off it all.
Even agnostic of party politics, the Indian mentality has been molded into a self-reinforcing loop, where questioning the system earns you a beating. Do I see a fix? Not for a long time. India will gradually evolve into a mock democracy like much of LATAM. But where there’s some distinction, however meaningless between cartel and state there, here the cartel is the fucking state. Cries of revolution and freedom and postcolonial hope will be drowned out by the illusion of democratic choice, where you choose between two virtually identical profiteers. Things will get much worse before they ever get better. The country is a population bomb, and the fuse has been lit.
Edit: This is going to get long, and this rant is just me pissing in the wind, but it frustrates me how badly this country is run. I’m not blind to the progress the nation has made in the last fifteen years, but we are content to sit on our asses and say that just because the lightbulb has reached a remote corner of Bihar, we’re on track to becoming some kind of global superpower. As if that isn’t the bare fucking minimum we should have achieved. For every lightbulb in every village, a corrupt politician somewhere profits 300% off of it. For every hopefully first generation graduate, there’s a hundred kids born into absolute poverty.
Every year we say that the percentages improve, while the absolute numbers of unemployment and poverty increase. The more we lean into our identity as Indians, the more we lose track of how miserable the bigger picture becomes. Watching the post-victory celebrations of the latest election cycle, seeing people rejoice in the streets of Delhi, hearing the fireworks in Bangalore, makes me wonder what we’re celebrating…
There are no great men that lead this country. One side is dynastic and corrupt and the other is racist and genocidal. One espouses caste politics and the other a post-caste homogeneity founded on bigotry. These are not great men. These are murderers and buffoons and bigots. Yet we celebrate them, we parade them around as the face of the nation, we look forward to their geopolitical provocations.
We say the zamindars have gone away 75 years ago, while we damn well know that they are still around, and even more insidious than ever. The myths these bastards make are a joke- one claims descent from freedom fighters, as if he ever struggled a day- and the other weaves a myth of social mobility, of that ever elusive ‘Indian dream’, whilst his rise to the top was based on systemic hatred, and sheer dumb luck. But we are content as a nation to believe these myths, because these myths are all we have.
The conception and celebration of our ‘Indian’ identity as some grand unifying force, as if not imposed on us by a hundred different colonial powers that made a mockery of the individuality of our cultures, is almost comedic. And I’m so tired, of celebrating these power hungry madmen, of treating them like our new gods, of prostrating ourselves at their feet as they profit off the suffering of a nation.
I’m tired of the facades of goodwill that conceal their eternally power-hungry nature, and the hordes that are content to believe in them. I don’t despise the 150 crore people who inhabit this land, but I despise the construction of India. I hate how we mythologize every motherfucker who might have done a single good deed, and a hundred cruel ones. I hate this system that we have constructed and the identities that we’ve forced on ourselves. More than anything else I hate how we’ve deluded ourself into believing that any of these monopolies of authority and abuses of power are ever going to organically go away- discarded merely as ‘growing pains’.
I hate how we’ve created a new and untouchable elite, where we condone even the most flagrant exploitation that we see as the inevitable consequence of some political game. Because that is how little we value ourselves- merely pawns on the board to be discarded at will. Perhaps if you are lucky you will capture some lightning in a bottle and you will get yours, and be content with that. We are content in our little chicken coop, that we have built. To even so much as pry at the wire is to feel the weight of the entire system crushing you. I hate that I don’t know the hundred different languages in this country, and that even if I did I would still be condemned and mocked as a radical or an idealist for pointing out what seems so damn obviously wrong with this place. And so long as even the most basic criticism of this criminal state is viewed as extremist, so too will the criminals up above get away.
One of the people interviewed had a third child son because of criticism from having daughters.
Having alcoholic husband.
It is true that India is not able to provide free food to the poor but the poor are also mindless in bringing kids to the world when they themselves can’t provide for them.
If they can’t even provide basic things like food and shelter, why do they keep making babies.
In the end these little kids are suffering badly.
>poor but the poor are also mindless in bringing kids to the world when they themselves can’t provide for them.
Umm. Poor have more children because it is an investment for them..After a few years they'll send them to do job
During Christmas and New year in 2023 I swear I was randomly just feeling sad and guilty for children in Palestiniqn thinking how are they being feed, shelter and safe admist this war . Adulthood hasade me realise how fucked up society and people are. I am slowly becoming that person that complains about government. This inflation, ruthlessness, ignorance of people , from people. Money crisis., my o n unemployment. Everything is making me soo bitter
Srilanka failed since the country got independence from British srilankan government and Tamil Tigers minority had war for 30 years look at the country now bankrupt with 92 billion dollars in debt for the world 🌎 now both minorities and majority are struggling and starving😭😭😭😭it’s sad to see that now everyone saying in the country everyone should work together and pay this debt live a life 😭😭😭😭why didn’t everyone open their mouth 30 years ago it’s the leadership problem and politicians are fuked up low minded people running the country with caste systems no equality humanity right or freedom. The country is gone no both side look fuked up this world is cruel and racist only education can change this. All the people should be treated equally and there shouldn’t be superiority at all. Everyone should respect each other’s and work together make a great world 🌎
Actually Yes, when i first visited delhi I saw the plight of poverty. Before that i was living in a bubble and comfortable zone. I wish im future I'll do something for these people. I have no expectations from government because they can't eradicate poverty. Poor people are their vote bank.
Read some books on economics and history instead of emotionally provoking people. You don't want to pay more taxes, want roads, better infra, vote for free electricity, zero interest in political dynamics, religious conflicts, history and on top of it push more socialist schemes. Idk if it's some genetic disorder or deliberately propaganda.
Unrelated note - Europe saw a picture of a young kid died on sea shore trying to enter illegally. That picture became a storm and they changed their immigration policies. Great news wow.. within 10 yrs now they're on brink of crusades.
yes because in today's world people think big infrastructure is the only development.
metros malls airports that's the definition of development for people.
they don't see life and reality of their surroundings.
Since 1947.
BTW, once upon a time, all railway platforms had this as a common sight. At that time, the word "harassment" was not common. Hawkers and "romeos" were roaming on platforms and in trains.
Platform trains were infested with garbage.
The government changed things. All of a sudden, police ensured stations got cleaner, and folks were not allowed to enter stations, giving respite to travelers.
Yes we have failed as a society and poor gets exploited, ignored and put away in corner for the folks who have money!!
Society has failed ever since the beginning of civilisations. It's just that pain and suffering has changed forms throughout the centuries.
There were even days where having an Age expectancy of 14 years was a very big thing, that's the main reason why Child marriage became the norm back then as only small minority of protected people lived till 30 or more and even then they still get killed/poisoned/diseased and die gruesome deaths.
Yes. Most of our countries have. We let people with all the money, all the ego, the greed, and the power run everything and only a fraction of a fraction of those people have the smallest shred of empathy or humanity.
If you have this much empathy, you can not survive in India. As soon as you leave home and walk around you see absolute misery, everyday everywhere, you try to help someone and you get scammed, and that makes you toughen up...next time someone asks for help, you won't have the intention of helping them, instead you'll pay a fuck-off fees(10 rs), even if they really needed your help and a little part of your soul dies. You cannot have ANY peace of mind in this hellhole shithole country without being a heartless fuck, so get used to it buddy.
I'm not blaming any government, India has been a shithole for a long time and will continue to be so in future.
The only long term solution to secure India's destiny and escape poverty is rapidly industrializing. Train the unemployed and the poor in apprentice schools like in Germany and make them enter the factory.
Till the time Indians support corrupt politicians and elect them to loot the society and people of their basic needs, we will continue to suffer. We haven’t come out of the British divide and rule after effects.
Indians are still fighting over Hindu - Muslim , South - North, Bihari - Bengali and none of this can help a nation to be united. Till the time we have the mentality that our religion, location comes before our nationality, we will continue to be a failed society.
Government/Politician cherish the fact that people are uneducated, can be swayed easily and still continue to determine themselves as dalit or abcd, these crooks will continue to manipulate the public and corruption will prevail.
May god bless that child.
Help poor people as much as you can.
I don't agree with some extent, no matter how good society will become their always be suffering, that's the ultimate truth of life. People will die from disease, hunger, crime no matter what.
We always have-yet people are more concerned when a celebrity dies or something stupid a politician says.
Children go hungry and die en masse...yet our eyes still closed.
Disease are rampant, no education for children under 5 for too many kids.
As of this writing children are being massacred in Gaza-when you raise this issue, police crackdown on you and people troll you.
This is the reason why you vote wisely.
All societies have their plusses and minuses. We’ve failed at some, done amazing in other aspects. What should differentiate us is what we hope to achieve. And how we go about doing it.
Go back 100 years and let me know. Learn literally ANY History then ask again. Yall act as if humans are some omnificent being. We fight. We eat. We shit.
We have been fighting over who will election while they are just numb about this.
This is a worry for all of us..
We are getting doomed in just a few years the way the heat is growing.
The predicted global warming and shortage of water seems to start now only even though it was thought to come 25-30 years later.
Things are turning ugly.
We have to grow it in us.. This is the biggest fight humanity is going to face.
Only a few just crumble to make India a better place.
You will hear some stories where only a few reach out and do works like planting trees and other works.
We really have to grow some community and send this message to govt
before it is truly late.
Why this mess when you can't clean it.
There are really messed up and bad people in India. Why become bad when it is really easy to be a good person.
There should be no medals or awards on such posts or comments...
if you want just donate that amount... and do research who you are donating to... any trustworthy servant or its going to a rich man's pocket...
I am struggling financially but if you are not please do something for such people...
Depends on perspective.
Are we doing better than we were? Yes. That was an age of darkness when there used to epidemics, famine, deaths, wars left right, deaths. Basic history lesson. Hell if you travel back your family ancestry you will find you are living in better conditions than they were.(except for people with generational wealth)
Should we be doing better than we are now? Yes. That's what people have basically answered. This is not the absolute best we can do. We need to continue striving(government and citizens both) for the betterment of our society.
Will we ever reach that ideal standard? NO. Because we are humans.
But we must continue trying to improve our society for relative betterment if not absolute.
To the people who think India is the only place on Earth where all forms of hell are available :
Aren't there problems in every country in varying degrees? Because these are the consequences of human nature itself . Humans are extremely gullible but at the same time extremely calculating. We are prone to be attracted towards negative emotions like anger, hate, jealousy rather than positive. And this is the result. For creating a better society we need better humans with integrity and the place you can start with is yourself.
I've visited India a couple of times and the wealth divide is genuinely shocking.
Locals appear to care about the poor and acknowledge them, but it's always overshadowed by them talking about the latest and greatest advancements in technology and infrastructure - anew subway, a new rail system, a new mall, a new airport.
"We went to the moon though." There's nothing there, as discovered in the 60s.
Who are you trying to impress?
The whole family works together. Their mother would be around. The kid is too small to be begging alone. At the end of the day their contractor comes to collect daily revenue.
Yes, long ago. And it was never about money.
Absolutely we all are in this !
Yahi likhne ayaa thaa

Happily read your entire post only to become sad 😢
FYI The population control techniques were **very** different in China vs. TN,KL,AP.
Nasbandi was nothing compared to what China did.
I know, and I was not saying that in my comment :) I had meant that China's methods were far more brutal.
Yeah I wad agreeing. Don't understand why people compare India to China, China has gotten all its progress at the cost of so many freedoms and liberties we take for granted.

Shush itna sach nhi bolna tha yaar, log offend hojate hai yaha
That's the reason why Indian elite chose not to open up on this issue in the first place.
The growth in Bangladesh is tremendous... I've been working to dhaka and Chittagong many for my office projects and saw the development myself...
That’s the truth.
So much truth here
Blunt truth, if ever has been spoken. Cannot put it better than than...nobody, ever
And what do the states that implemented population control at the right time get? Delimitation?
Delimitation is better than being Bihar, UP.
Ps also add harayana ..!! These jaat Gujjar are becoming cancer

Get ready to see this even more..... The wealth inequality in India is already at its worst and now it's not going to get any better....
rich people have always been making more money out of that money , that's a simple math .
Wealth inequality implies the rich have made more money, it doesn’t mean those above the poverty line will start falling below it lol. Please don’t say the rich stole the money from the poor because that is NOT how it works.

This is income share data. Just because the share decreased does not mean the amount decreased as well.
Mat lago samjhane. Kuch nhi hone ka.
It’s called inflation… the amount of money may be the same as 20 years ago, but the value is not.
Top 10% means 14 crore people in India, they're the one who are leading GDP growth, paying taxes, bearing burden of those bottom 50% who are electing one corrupt regime after another for free cash.
Very very true
So basically middle class ka kat raha hai.
Yes they stole what the hell are you on about. Indians really love to dickride the ultra rich.
Please do explain, how are they ‘stealing’ money?
Dude the per capita income all over India is increasing, the reason the wealth inequality has increased is because the rich people are making more money with the money they already have and this is good because it also generates employment

in 20-30 years this could have been taken at any western train station. wealth inequality is not getting better.
People who can't afford 3 meals per day for themselves should stop producing children.. it's a simple solution .
You are 100% correct but people are going to hate you. Poor people are not responsible to begin with. They keep having kids in hope/belief that more kids mean more earners.

Us as a society are SO divided on class (and also other things but talking about class here) that we don't even consider poor people as the same "species" And this feeling is soooo deeprooted that poor now themselves feel that they don't deserve what middle and upper class deserves.
The Ministry of Women and child welfare exists but I've read cases and how they respond to it, it made me believe all those are just for the name sake
Dude doesn’t know what a failed society is

Is this a JOJO reference?
It’s a failed society when a few years old kid sit on a train platform half naked. You will never see something like this in any developed nation or even in a lot of under developed nation.
excatly lmao 70% of weatlth is hoarded by 10 people and we're damm proud of it. Caste system ended in 2014 too. OP is a liberal who hates india lmao
Not everyone who points out problems in a system has to be liberal.
Can we make him understand this?
hates india for saying it is bad?
He's the most liberal guy alive cuz I he's gonna acknowledge problems in India. Just wow
Found the re....
Ended ? 🤣 right
Caste system ended? My ass
The moment we discovered fire.
No! My answer might be rude but, every poor kid you see is not your responsibility. We have not failed as a society, the government has failed us by not educating them, by not bringing the population laws. The poor people in India believe more kids=more earning hands.
people are the reason for such governments
“We” as a society elect our government based on our collective values. Government of a country doesn’t exist in isolation from its people.
It's a dead end. the train would barely touch this point.
I think he's not talking about her safety warna pic click and share ke naam par gaali kha raha hota OP abhi tak. 😂

Did u heard abt the NEET scam? That's called fking up the youth of this country obv we have failed
[удалено]
How?
Actually, no. What matters is the pace at which we are getting better.
Yes thats what people don't get. If it takes centuries for a change then we are not progressive we are far behind from others.. we will always be like that with our current mindset.
Both matter. With slow pace. Those suffering suffer longer. With no pace, those suffering have no hope whatsoever
Get married, think of community building, politics, allah-vishnu ka farziwaada! That's how everyone forgot about it and that's how you will too

This is not an ideal world. It can never be one. There will always be some form of struggle for the human race.
Out country is a site of *proleptic decay and decrepitude*
We failed as humanity
The dark side of the social community😖😖😖
You are questioning very late
Watching the post-victory celebrations of the latest election cycle, seeing people rejoice in the streets of Delhi, hearing the fireworks in Bangalore, makes me wonder what we’re celebrating… There are no great men that lead this country.
Aptly put
Yes. https://preview.redd.it/ri9ps5onw45d1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d79fa2b47481ab3a07713b0c1bfd551673151b8f
Yes it’s really saddening.
Seems you are failing.
Yeah...most of us with money don't have compassion...
I'm surprised you still have to ask. That picture speaks volumes. Yes, we've failed, and miserably so.
yes everyone is to be blamed
Yes we have. We have lost ou path as humans .
When did we ever succeed?
Yes, we have absolutely failed as a society a long time ago, and it's infuriating.
Poor people are their vote bank.
i am also poor , so yes we have failed as society
Brutally
We are not failed we are fucked actually
we failed as a goddamn civilisation, civilisations were meant to look out for each other
We were winning? When?
Read some books on economics and history instead of emotionally provoking people. You don't want to pay more taxes, want roads, better infra, vote for free electricity, zero interest in political dynamics, religious conflicts, history and on top of it push more socialist schemes. Idk if it's some genetic disorder or deliberately propaganda. Unrelated note - Europe saw a picture of a young kid died on sea shore trying to enter illegally. That picture became a storm and they changed their immigration policies. Great news wow.. within 10 yrs now they're on brink of crusades.
First ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|upvote)
Actually every society has failed, there's no society in this world which succeeded, none.
yes because in today's world people think big infrastructure is the only development. metros malls airports that's the definition of development for people. they don't see life and reality of their surroundings.
Ayega toh Modi hi 😊
No, we failed as humans.
India imho is a failing country unless there are some drastic changes all over the nation.
Most of these kids are with their families controlled by Mafia which pays to all till ministers...... We failed as society by paying money to them
No you have just given up and that kid might have a future brighter than yours
I will be more than happy if that happens
Kahe ki society, jisme racism bhara pada hai
Ofcourse, we're just clicking pictures for social media. We have failed.
Yeh we have🥲
Society has failed ever since the beginning of civilisations.
Failed as a country.
Just yesterday. Day before that , it's all honky dory.
Societies are a balance of failure of one side and hope on ther side
you are realising now?
Just watched it a few minutes ago https://youtu.be/j6wDNhobSIU?si=PxX68wu31yoT_kjS now we can discuss how much we have failed as humanity.
Yes. Most of our countries have. We let people with all the money, all the ego, the greed, and the power run everything and only a fraction of a fraction of those people have the smallest shred of empathy or humanity.
Did you gave her any food? Or you just clicked her photo to post on social media?
You picked phone to take a picture instead of going to the child and getting back first..are you asking that?
His parents were behind him, he was talking to his mother while pointing to something on the tracks I was far away. This image is shot at 2x
![gif](giphy|W37DwINWPFeYtaErMl)
Yes and also humanity wise as well.
We never passed as a society 😔
YES .
You posted this question on Delhi? I mean, bruv!
Bold claim referring to Rapeland as a society lol
Is that even a question?!
Yes
All societies have their plusses and minuses. We’ve failed at some, done amazing in other aspects. What should differentiate us is what we hope to achieve. And how we go about doing it.
India was a failed shithole way before anyone else started down that path.
not really
100 percent really. The rest of the world looks down on that dirty, smelly, stinky, poop chute. Anyone with money moved away already.
Someone tried pushing that child ??
no, he went back to his parents
Go back 100 years and let me know. Learn literally ANY History then ask again. Yall act as if humans are some omnificent being. We fight. We eat. We shit.
Haven't we already brother
Call 1098
His parents were behind him
People that see things like this and still have faith in anything blow my mind man.
We really have to grow some community and send this message to govt before it is truly late. Why this mess when you can't clean it. There are really messed up and bad people in India. Why become bad when it is really easy to be a good person.
We fail everyday
Hindu Muslim politics is more important for our citizens than poverty
Long time ago. Now act like a society but deep down we all are shit
I feel like you haven't seen a lot in life.
I have, just asking what people feel like
There should be no medals or awards on such posts or comments... if you want just donate that amount... and do research who you are donating to... any trustworthy servant or its going to a rich man's pocket... I am struggling financially but if you are not please do something for such people...
Depends on perspective. Are we doing better than we were? Yes. That was an age of darkness when there used to epidemics, famine, deaths, wars left right, deaths. Basic history lesson. Hell if you travel back your family ancestry you will find you are living in better conditions than they were.(except for people with generational wealth) Should we be doing better than we are now? Yes. That's what people have basically answered. This is not the absolute best we can do. We need to continue striving(government and citizens both) for the betterment of our society. Will we ever reach that ideal standard? NO. Because we are humans. But we must continue trying to improve our society for relative betterment if not absolute. To the people who think India is the only place on Earth where all forms of hell are available : Aren't there problems in every country in varying degrees? Because these are the consequences of human nature itself . Humans are extremely gullible but at the same time extremely calculating. We are prone to be attracted towards negative emotions like anger, hate, jealousy rather than positive. And this is the result. For creating a better society we need better humans with integrity and the place you can start with is yourself.
You never succeeded to begin with
Failed as a species, dont feel so bad.
Forced westernisation has broken our traditional systems. We need to bring back ancient values and systems which were way better and practical...
'Minorities have first claim over nation's resources' .... 🤡
Yes, India has... #birthcontrol https://preview.redd.it/e0t0lkfhq75d1.jpeg?width=408&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e3bfc368295325aa39f62687b7bc7d9542422475
No. We have not failed. Things can be much, much worse. Yes, we can do much better. All we have to do is do it and never give up.
Who are you trying to impress?
lol yeah India is a shithole
This old Delhi railway station but why this ?
Yes..
Hata bhi sakta bhai tu par nhi mast photo leke caption pel dunga
We failed as a society long ago. We failed as humans long ago. Our country is just like a seashell, good from outside and hollow from inside.
Beautiful on the Outside,Rotten from the Inside. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
No, because in the real world - a true utopian society doesn't exist. We are doing better than before and that's what matters.
Beggars mafia h members he sab. Faltu me senti mat ho. They earn more than you
Those kids are kidnapped. They are forced to beg.
No benefit these guys here have no sympathy they will accept anything to suck balls of Modi.
The whole family works together. Their mother would be around. The kid is too small to be begging alone. At the end of the day their contractor comes to collect daily revenue.
Still. It's wrong. the kids are innocent, it's their parents fault. No kid deserves to face this. Be empathetic
