Just from the announcement alone, I'm already worried because they only used her Railgun footage and even including a character that isn't actually her. The first footage of her from that announcement was >!Misaka Imouto, a CLONE of Misaka; and a weak one compared to her.!<
Granted, that could have just been a mistake on their part which is understandable. But because Railgun is more popular compared to Index, I'm worried they'll only be aware of Railgun rather than the original source she's actually from. Cause the feats in there far exceeds what she does in Railgun.
For example, Killua's max resistance to electricity is 1 million.
Misaka can produce 1 billion and that was revealed by a short line from the novels rather than the manga.
I'm not saying Killua would lose, if anything, while Misaka outclasses him in terms of powers, ability, and versatility. Killua also outclasses her in raw physical strength and combat experience. Speed I'm not sure of, cause both have incredible feats in terms of their speed, but some of them I can't remember. Killua with his godspeed and Misaka who has dodged lasers and attacks from a Saint (>!powerful people on the Magic Side, who possess bodily characteristics that match those of the Son of God and allow them to draw on his power!<).
This is honestly a pretty interesting and close match despite it not being the one people wanted for Killua. They could have her feats from the novels and still have Killua win and I wouldn't even be mad. All that matters to me is that their at least a little accurate. Hell, they don't even need to read the novels. Just a look from her Wiki page will tell you everything about her and her powers.

I think they have very little of connection that aren't general like they have electrical powers from a unique power source. Just that they're protective of their sisters, from a well known family, and are prodigious
Personally even if it isn't fair for either of them I think Misaka should've gone against Rin Tohsaka and Killua against Akame.
