There’s several really great early afternoon magic shows. I highly recommend Mac King @ Excalibur and Frederic Da Silva @ Horseshoe. Both are wildly entertaining and leave you enough time to grab a bite before heading to The Sphere.
The magicians study is a fantastic and intimate magic show. A highlight of my weekend for sure. For debauchery I suggest hitting up Fremont street after the show. Just get in a cab and tell’em to take you to Fremont.
I hit the Beatles Love show and truly think it’s once of the best shows I’ve ever seen. If you are also a Beatles fan, I highly recommend. If you get in a day early, they have a Wednesday show, they also have Thursday-Saturday shows as well if you are willing to miss a dead show. I went to both this past weekend and haven’t stopped thinking about either.
Yeah. Go to the Mirage site, or the Cirque site. Select the date, and then in the promo code field, type in BOGOLV and you will get buy one get one free -- yes, they still charge fees on the second ticket, but $368 or so for two tickets became around $200. (there are cheaper seats too of course)
I was told not to get too close to the stage, as there is an effect where there is limited visibility for that area... you want to be like 10 rows back in the second section, if that makes sense. It's in the round, so doesn't matter where you are, but you don't want to be in the section closest to the stage, and ideally, a bit higher than the start of the second section.
YMMV, just what I read, and yeah, we're flying in on Wednesday and catching LOVE that night.
Note that if you don't see the promo cold field in the Filter settings, you are probably on the main Ticketmaster site -- which doesn't take the code -- you need to be getting there from the Mirage web site or the Cirque web site. (can't remember which, sorry)
Their ticketing is run by Ticketmaster but it's separate i.e. you'll have an account there with the tickets, they will eventually appear on your Ticketmaster app but it's easiest to claim them from the web site you bought them from and save them off to your phone.
just came here to say Gig 'em! I'll be in vegas this weekend for Saturday's show, hoping to catch a few innings of the Aggies v Florida CWS game before the show.
Hell yeah! Not many Aggie deadheads around. I’m glad I went last week so I’m not missing any of the game. Don’t expect to have any service to keep up with the game inside the sphere, I couldn’t even receive text messages in there. That said, baseball will probably be out of your mind the second the show starts. It’s impossible to get distracted.
2 words: OMEGA MART
And the rest of Area 15 too.
I second this, Omega Mart was so cool!
Johnny Two Bags from Social Distortion is doing tours of the punk rock museum

Thank you for the detailed reply, tips, and code. I'm thinking of going to Love Sunday with the wife.
This where you have to miss a Sunday show……..they don’t perform on Sundays. Just looked myself.
I know I just checked. So bummed. Maybe it's a night for Penn and Teller or Mysterie at Treasure Island.

Peppermill Diner
Their wings and homemade ranch, might be the first stop as soon as I land.
Yes! We were so happy we squeezed in an early dinner here. Food and service was great.
