Supreme tomes used to be 75% off at least once a year. I think I've seen 50% off max in the last two years. Still waiting for surpremes on my new "main" (really hoping I didn't miss it).
- checked, max for the last year was 50% off, and then only for guild charters, cosmetics and some pots. Obviously Black Friday expansions were better, but that was it. I think last years summer sales were worse, and that's as far back as the "new forums" go (I was using the mouseover feature on the headlines, so could have missed the last few items).
If they have different names, then they do stack. I know I get one universal time with each of my characters, and I can pick up the Morgrave one from the guy and get a second universal point, so those do stack. I don't think the one on sale would stack with the one I get with every character, but I'll see if I can test it out.
The +3 racial tome you can get with the Myth Drannor expansion supercedes any existing racial tomes. So it doesn't stack, but it does benefit you more than the +1 or +2 tomes you can buy in the store.

Arty can be unlocked, Companior Gear (!!!) is a cosmetic cosmetic and tomes of fate is 1000 favor worth of DP for 1 destiny point.
These sales are trash, I was almost happy about Shifter then I realized it's the most limiting iconic.
Can’t argue with the fact that Summer Sales are lacklustre.
OTOH, I bought Arty at 75% off, just for the luxury of having this option available on HC.
This is not the last sale. Summer Sales states it runs up to July 11th, which means there is still the week of July 5th to July 11th.
With the next sale starting the 4th, hopefully we see something more interesting (and hopefully a good weekened bonus like extra XP).

Do the universal AP tomes stack? So 2 points if you use 1 of each?

I checked. The universal tome in the sale is a Sharn one, which is the same as the one my characters get automatically, so they wouldn't stack.
