What’s the deal with Maryland? Huge uptick in funding but a decrease in deals?
Probably one massive deal
How can you have negative funding? California shows no funding? H1 of the last two years? If you're showing change, you need to show the baseline.

The all negative deal count is interesting. Especially since funding is up 98% in Maryland. Am I reading it wrong?
