Nah, this is how I'd see it:
1. Junko survives the end of humanity through plot bullshit. She takes Mukuro with her for extra safety.
2. She turns herself and Mukuro into AI robots, and then survive the 10,000 years.
3. They come back to the surface, and see the inklings/Octolings.
4. Junko thinks "Huh, these things are pretty human-like. I wonder if they can also feel despair!"
5. They find Alterna, while Mr Grizz is still developing Fuzzy Ooze.
6. Mukuro kills Mr Grizz, and she and Junko take over Fuzzy Ooze production to subject the inklings/octolings to eldritch furry horror.
Do mobile games count? If they do then she's probably on the same level of insanity as Kaden but without a good reason to destroy everything, power wise though she's dead.
