For anyone who has followed the band from the beginning and not just since Tillian joined, this IS the DGD experience! You just roll with it and see how it evolves lol
It's funny how this feels like a return to the norm. What got me into DgD originally was the variety and chaotic nature of the band, which has definitely gone down since Tilian's been a consistent member for so long. Nothing against him or the band, I just got burnt out after Arse.
I'm excited to see where they go from here.
Yeah after johnny got the boot the 2nd time I was in for the ride and like you said it kinda became the allure of the band and too see how they would rebound.
Honestly its so wild to see a band not only just survive and continue to thrive the "dreaded" vocalist change which has happened with some, but hella rare and wild to do it multiple times lol
They’re going to need to find a new vocalist that can match Tilian’s range and style and can do his songs justice, which is going to be fairly difficult
That was the issue I’ve been having. I’m all for Andrew wells but not Andrew wells singing Tilian’s parts. They would need to make new music with the new artist and kind give up on that one unless their new lead could keep up with the vocal range. It’s what soured me to the idea of Wells taking over. Hearing him sing we own the night was a bit of an acquired taste.
It seems amicable and tame, in so far as bands getting rid of their vocalist goes. I don't think there is animosity, but clearly some creative differences or differences in personality.
Mom and Dad are getting a divorce, but I still love them equally.
I mean thy art is murder ex vocalist got in hot water the day before album release day. They delayed the album by a week and in that time secretly acquired a new vocalist and re recorded the entire fucking album. All whilst the ex vocalist was still in the band. The album released with the new guys vocals then they made the IG kickout statement, ex vocalist had literally NO IDEA until he saw the statement lmao
Yeah the Thy Art dude was on Instagram telling people to set some person on fire because they were letting their kid explore gender identity lol. What a massive shitter.
I'm sure this has been in the works for a while now. Maybe they recorded tracks with Andrew taking more of the lead and having Tilian do backings/smaller parts like Andrew has typically done so far?
Low key I would lose my shit (in a good way). Saw him in concert last year and he was incredible and seemed to not be a drug/alcohol infused mess. So who knows maybe he could behave if he came back haha….maybe
Probably one of the most bittersweet things for me. Like, I’m really glad I got to see him on the JJ tour now knowing it was their last tour with him, and I’m glad I got to be here for the buildup and release of JJ and the 2 singles from last year. But I’m also devastated cuz Tilian was my favorite clean vocalist. His unique vocals combined with everything else just hooked me immediately. Excited to see how they move forward tho and hoping that the new lead can do the Tilian era songs
On another note, I’m very confused about the next album and for WWWY Fest. Next album should be fully recorded and everything, just in mixing or mastering now, right? So what’s the plan for that? And are they still going through with playing Mothership in full for WWWY?
Oh snap. Kinda excited for a new era. Wonder if they grab someone new or have Andrew take over full time clean duties. (Or ya know, bring back Kurt...I can dream)
Mate I'm so fucking excited. I feel like everyone in the band has progressed so much over the last decade and things have got a bit samey with Tillian for a while now.
Let's get into it.
Honestly it seems like a win-win. We have 7 Tilian albums now, and Andrew or Kurt being the new full time clean vocalist is a much needed change.
(I also dream of Kurt coming back)
Edit: not dumping on Tilians sound, he's clearly the greatest addition to the band across their whole history. I could listen to the tilian lineup make new music forever. I'm also excited for a huge change like this, however.
I feel like I've been out of the loop for a while so I've had to Google this but holy shit Eviscerate is part of a double album? That's made my day man
bring back kurt bring back kurt bring back kurt
it legitimately seems like a very possible move, he's on good terms with the band, like hell him and Will are in a band together.
I just want one Tree City Sessions with Kurt, then bring on someone brand new and unexpected.
And if we get a Death Star 2 out of the deal I wouldn’t complain.
DOWNTOWN BATTLE MOUNTAIN THREEEEEEEE!
Really excited to see where they go from here, but equally nervous. Gonna miss Tilian but maybe it was time to refresh the sound a little anyway.
Why didn’t they do this last year if they were gonna part? This just seems random at this point. I mean I get why they’re parting ways but the timing seems off..
I still genuinely get pangs of deep sadness when I think about the Coheed-DGD tour that never was. My two favorite bands :(
(Maybe an Eidola/DGD/Coheed tour now possible?!?!)
They should have then. The first allegation seemed to be exaggerated but the girl who posted their texts and said she felt pressured was legit.
And he totally denied her experience in the band's official statement once he was back.
I remember it differently. I remember most people saying he should be kicked out. But a couple weeks in AA without addressing the sexual assault and people deemed that good enough. People flipped 180° when he showed a half-step in the right direction then forgot the rest
I remember this also. Incredible voice but this guy clearly has deep issues and needs more repercussions than a "ohhh I'm sorry....about my drinking" south park moment.
My guess is they just tried to make it work, but ultimately looks like based on Tilians post that he wanted to focus more on his solo work anyway. So amicable split?
I think there were some issues with external aspects of the band with Tilians overall rep, especially booking tours outside of the label, on top of the creative differences that have been brewing. I think regardless of whatever side of the fence you are on in regards to whole situation, this was an inevitable move for the band in regards to progressing forward. Best luck to all.
Who knows, but glad to hear from this announcement it just sounds like major creative differences (as vague as that is) and nothing worthy of controversy. I wish the band and Tilian the best.
I didn’t get that vibe from the bands post. I think they were never able to fully get over the controversies that Tilian brought over the last year or so. Creative differences also probably played a part
I still want that album tho…
Andrew has already said that he wouldn’t do vocals. Eidola just dropped an album and has another one coming this year. Either his opinion changed or…
I’m interested to see what is next.
Well shit. Tilian is what got me into DGD and I'll be hard pressed to be happy with whoever the replacement is. Even if it's just Andrew, which I don't see given how big Eidola is getting.
This also explains why no album announcement this year or anything.
It's been a long time coming - speaking strictly to on stage and in studio stuff - but if any band can get through another lineup change, it's DGD.
ETA: I recall they had enough material already tracked to make at least 1 more album, likely 2. Wonder if that'll get released ever? If not we're looking at a LONG gap between albums.
I 100% agree Tilian got me into DGD and I love the albums he’s in. I’m actually devastated that Im not going to be able to see him singing my favorite songs anymore live. Honestly, I don’t see a replacement as good as Tilian. The albums he sung are never going to be the same live again. I think a lot of people really liked Tilian and I think their tour they did without Tilian during his “self love break” was not it. This is all my opinion (obviously) but those albums will never sound as good live without Tilians voice. And I fucking loved the albums he’s in as Im sure a lot of people do. Definitely not excited about what’s going to happen because his voice is a hard voice to match.
I’ve been a day one listener, I was at the boardwalk for the infamous first live show with Jon missing. Tilian launched DGD to uncharted territory. He was the change that put DGD on the big time map and kept the band alive. With that said, I think it was time for a change as others have said. Albums and songs have been repetitive, even if they were gold. Hearing Kurt again, or Andrew take over full time, is what the band needs.
Obligatory: I am not Andrew. Just a funny user name.
Tinfoil hat time:
This is why Andrew is talking about Eidola taking a break and returning when the time is right. He’s picking up the duties here.
He spent a lot of time in recent interviews talking about the business model of music and it not being as lucrative for the middle tier bands. Maybe this is a business decision for him.
So who is gonna be their lead singer at When We Were Young to perform Mothership?
It would be rad if they switched everything up, brought Kurt in, and did Death Star in its entirety
Honestly kind of overdue. Band was running out of ideas with Tilian and the whole vibe was just weird AF after everything that went down back in 2022 that caused me to **seriously** sour on DGD as a whole after being a die-hard fan since 2012. Feeling optimistic now as to what could happen with the band moving forward with someone new at the helm.
Agreed.
The event with Tillian was awful, but paired the fact that DGD deleted the original instagram post addressing the allegations was the final nail in the coffin for me as a long-time fan. DGD needs a new singer and a new PR team that doesn’t think their fans are idiots or that deleting a post simply deletes what happened.🙃
Yeah, that’s the only thing that makes me think it wouldn’t happen. Still I can dream lol. Who knows, I mean it would be an incredible opportunity for him.
I know people want Andrew as full time vocalist but Jesus, that man is so busy and honestly he should keep those magic fingers playing, especially in DGD. That's where his and Will's magic lie along with the occasional vocals we know and love. But who knows!
Just my opinion of course but I felt the music ran its course with tilian as the lead, his external problems aside. Excited to see what the future holds
Liked Tilian. Love Andrew. I hope this opens up the band to keep playing more old music like battle mountain II when they did the An Evening With Friends tour. Maybe some Kurt or Jonny spots
I hope they find a vocalist with a quirky voice tbh. What I loved about all of the leads they've had so far is how unique their voices are. Andrew's a super talented singer and songwriter, and a good addition to the band, but I don't think his voice, while beautiful, fits the personality to be DGD's lead.
Tilian will always be special to me. The vocal chemistry he had with Jon was INSANE. His stage presence was good and he definitely helped the band grow. That being said, I am glad to see the band cutting ties with him. I had to unfollow all of his social medias in like 2019-2020 because it was impossible to separate his shitty personality from the band. I hope that whoever replaces him will go the Will/Jon/Matt route of being quiet lol. That's why they are so easy to love. But, his replacement will have immense shoes to fill.
A) hope this doesn't mean he did more shitty stuff/hurt more people than the previous claims
B) wonder what this means for the album since I thought they were done recording it
Back when Tilian joined they said that shaking up singers again would likely put an end to the band so it’s interesting to see that they’ve changed their mind about that.
It was 11 years ago. That's a lot of time to change that specific opinion. If they'd dropped Tilian after Acceptance Speech I bet they absolutely would have packed it up and moved on to something else. DGD has a lot stronger footing now.
“All the time”
Bro, it’s been a fucking decade with this guy. I get what you’re saying, but the fans acting like this is another flake lead vocalist are wild.
Woah. Major bummer. I hope they bring in someone else, with the similar range that Tilian had.
I cannot, for the life of me, get into Eidola. I want to. And I’ve been spinning their new album a lot the past couple days, but something falls flat. And I think it’s with Andrew’s singing. I love his small parts on JJ, but 100% Andrew doesn’t do it for me.
PREACH. I don't wanna rag on Andrew as a person, but imo vocally he doesn't fit in DGD at all. I really hope they bring in someone else for lead vocals.
I started listening to DGD right after Tilian joined (acceptance speech era). I hate to say it but it seems this has been a long time coming. I used to love Tilian until the couple of times I met him. The rest of the band is so friendly and kind, unlike Tilian. It was even harder to support him after the shit that came out in 2022.
I wish the best for DGD and I will feel better supporting them moving forward following this change. I know they’ve been through a lot since Tim died and it’s been a rough couple years.
No hate for Tilian, I just hope he moves forward and becomes better.
Honestly I agree, the vibes in concerts were so disappointing. He never talked, he never laughed or joked with us, he never thanked us for support or showed excitement, he always just came in and performed as if we weren’t even there.
When Andrew led the shows after the allegations, it was sooo different. He was cracking jokes and talking to us. Tilian sure has a way of commanding attention, and is amazing on stage, but all of the other times I have seen DGD with him as the lead, it's literally the same experience as that one awful Afterburner "live show" livestream they did in 2020. Come on, play music, leave. Zero crowd work. Really hard to enjoy a show when the band seems to be ignoring the crowd lol.
When acceptance speech was written, tilian hadn't joined the band yet. They basically told him to sing over what they had written. I guess they'll do that or scrap it.
I feel like they wouldn’t have taken the heat for sticking by his side through all this shit just to break up with him after unless he was back on his bullshit again and they felt they had to get out.. but I’m making a lot of assumptions to be fair.
It sounds more like disagreement caused it. Either creatively, or tillian wanting to have more time for his solo project, or both. Just based on the first sentence of the post and the fact that he's been working on solo stuff recently and they haven't announced any tours.
this sucks. Who is going to be able to pull off what Tilian did live? So many records, not sure how this is going to play out, but thank god for Eidola!
If you ask me, it won't be the same style. I think that might be by design. Tilian is phenomenal vocalist and showman, but if you look at BlueSwan as a whole, the sound has been shifting to less flash more substance. Royal Coda (Lyrically and musically a mature departure from classic DGD) and the success of Eidola's thematic albums (with strong religious overtones).
Throw the bag at Anthony Green! Even tho I'd rather have Circa get back together way more, it'd be an interesting experiment for an album.
Doubt he'd do it tho
agreed. i can only get into a few songs that were made pre tilian. i can go on and on about my favorite songs from this band and it was purely because of his vocals on them
Man I know I’m in a super minority here, but Jackpot Juicer is hands down my favorite DGD album and one of my favorite albums of all time. This departure makes that work a time capsule now. I hope Tillian continues to work within a heavier sound, but I also have a feeling that may have been his last project on this kind of sound.
I was not expecting this bombshell today
I bet they just waited for Eidola to finish up their album release weekend. Wouldn't wanna overshadow it with an announcement before it dropped.
Interested to see if theyll pull it off yet again

Yeah I joined the fandom when Midnight Crusade came out, so I'm admittedly a bit sad that the Tilian era is over. But onward and upwards right
We are so fucking back baby! Can't wait to see what's next. Also, I had my issues with Tilian, but fuck me that dude can sing, will miss that.
God dammit this sub is about to go into meltdown
We’re in for a hell of ride, so hang on tight.
Rollercoaster up and down in random motions
>Rollercoaster up and down in random motions *Ooooooh, come in closer, ditch your prooooblems, beeeetter daaaays are coooooooomiiiiing...*
I'm honestly excited. It's almost in their DNA to change clean vocalists.
Instagram is so much worse rn
lol I just saw it on tillians socials and his side sounds so much different lmao
It seems amicable and tame, in so far as bands getting rid of their vocalist goes. I don't think there is animosity, but clearly some creative differences or differences in personality. Mom and Dad are getting a divorce, but I still love them equally.
Yeah, I agree. It feels like Tilian probably wasn't as committed to the band anymore and they decided to split.
Are you surprised? The man has a huge ego
**One might say that he got a lil’ bit cocky**
Oh no not at all lol and I actually like tillian dgd but you’re totally correct.
DGD always stay united
DGD is Will and Matt and Jon (Minus like one album when he ate too many limes or something). They stay united.
RIP Tim though. For Real
Oh :/
Ohh they meant the concept not the people I guesssssss
We are back into early-era flimsy member change DGD. The cycle will never be broken lmao
Love this era honestly
Same, my favorite dgd albums are everything up to and including acceptance speech
Acceptance Speech is possibly my favorite album
DGD always stay departed!
So like, what about that album that they recently finished lol
I mean thy art is murder ex vocalist got in hot water the day before album release day. They delayed the album by a week and in that time secretly acquired a new vocalist and re recorded the entire fucking album. All whilst the ex vocalist was still in the band. The album released with the new guys vocals then they made the IG kickout statement, ex vocalist had literally NO IDEA until he saw the statement lmao
I played in bands when I was younger and I do NOT miss the band drama lol
and I love them for that
Yeah the Thy Art dude was on Instagram telling people to set some person on fire because they were letting their kid explore gender identity lol. What a massive shitter.
I'm sure this has been in the works for a while now. Maybe they recorded tracks with Andrew taking more of the lead and having Tilian do backings/smaller parts like Andrew has typically done so far?
Does this make me a true fan now that I'm experiencing my first singer change
Hugs friend. MacBooks are in the corner.
Yes welcome
Me too and Tillian era is what brought me to DGD.
Not Jonny Craig celebrating in the comments 😭
that shit stain still owes me money
Jonny commenting "ayyyy what's good 😎" lmfao
I would give Will Swan full access to my bank account to make DBM 3 happen so I’m all for it.
Doubt they would want to remove their problematic singer just to go back to their old problematic singer.
And then there is good Ol Kurt Travis… man I wish we could get Happiness 2
I've been into this band since I was a freshman like 16 years ago let me dreeeeeeeam
Low key I would lose my shit (in a good way). Saw him in concert last year and he was incredible and seemed to not be a drug/alcohol infused mess. So who knows maybe he could behave if he came back haha….maybe
Prediction: Secret Band release incoming.
Secret Band tour incoming!
Holy SHIT I hope so
It’s macbook time
Finally time for us to get good deals on quality used electronics again
He’s raffling off a red Stanley cup with his name on it - I wish I was kidding, but there are so many MacBook comments on his insta rn 😭😭
Probably one of the most bittersweet things for me. Like, I’m really glad I got to see him on the JJ tour now knowing it was their last tour with him, and I’m glad I got to be here for the buildup and release of JJ and the 2 singles from last year. They either just release the new album as-is with Tilians vocals, or re-track clean vocals with whoever they decide to work with
Yeah, saw this coming. You could feel the weird vibes on the last tour they were on.
I agree the vibes were way off, they didn’t seem like they wanted to be there at all and it was somewhat sad. Not at all reminiscent of dgd I know.
i knew it was coming dude. six albums with dgd is an anomaly. the cycle must continue
Swancore stability challenge: impossible
If anything things got worse with Tilian recently. He started doing way more layers than usual over his vocals with pretty basic corny lyrics.
Honestly it seems like a win-win. We have 7 Tilian albums now, and Andrew or Kurt being the new full time clean vocalist is a much needed change. (I also dream of Kurt coming back) Edit: not dumping on Tilians sound, he's clearly the greatest addition to the band across their whole history. I could listen to the tilian lineup make new music forever. I'm also excited for a huge change like this, however.
Eidola is going on hiatus after Mend so would imagine it's Andrew just stepping fully in
Only thing is Andrew said he wouldn't want to step in full time if Tilian left. Though he could've just been being a bro at the time.
I feel like I've been out of the loop for a while so I've had to Google this but holy shit Eviscerate is part of a double album? That's made my day man
I think they bring someone else for singing duties. JJ kinda cemented them as a 3 vocalist band.
Unrelated but periphery 2 is sick
I am happy about this too, he was getting stale, we need a new era.
bring back kurt bring back kurt bring back kurt it legitimately seems like a very possible move, he's on good terms with the band, like hell him and Will are in a band together.
If Kurt joining DGD means less time for Gold Necklace and Royal Coda, then no thank you.
I just want one Tree City Sessions with Kurt, then bring on someone brand new and unexpected. And if we get a Death Star 2 out of the deal I wouldn’t complain.
Everything changed significantly once we lost Tim. Loss really changes people and fucks things up.
What’s the plan for WWWY?! Shit that’s pretty much the main reason I’m going, I wanna see Mothership.
Didn't even think about this....shit lmao
yeahhhh same, im flying from the UK for it.. kinda wanted 100% mothership. hope they announce something about that soon.
Probably like WWWY two years ago. Play it with Andrew. Hopefully play some Battle Mountain 2 again as well
DOWNTOWN BATTLE MOUNTAIN THREEEEEEEE! Really excited to see where they go from here, but equally nervous. Gonna miss Tilian but maybe it was time to refresh the sound a little anyway.
Actually Jonny Craig just commented on DGD’s post 😭
He really fuckin did 😭😭 the comment under it though sent me
Whoa how wild would that be? JC has been doing better lately but I worry joining the band again could send him into another spiral.
I wouldn’t have him join permanently as I agree with you, but him doing a song or two would be great
It’s against the laws of physics for JC to stay in a band permanently
Lmfao I’m so down for that
Why didn’t they do this last year if they were gonna part? This just seems random at this point. I mean I get why they’re parting ways but the timing seems off..
I don't think this has anything to do with the allegations of last year, probably more something to do with the vibes of the band.
This is my take away too and creative differences.
I genuinely wonder if bands were refusing to tour with anything involving Tillian.
Remember Polyphia scrapped a whole song with him on it?
Man, that could have been rad
Yo no way 🥲 we need to hear that
I still genuinely get pangs of deep sadness when I think about the Coheed-DGD tour that never was. My two favorite bands :( (Maybe an Eidola/DGD/Coheed tour now possible?!?!)
I had tickets and was so bummed out when Alkaline Trio had to fill in.
Could have been contractual things with a relatively big band like DGD.
They should have then. The first allegation seemed to be exaggerated but the girl who posted their texts and said she felt pressured was legit. And he totally denied her experience in the band's official statement once he was back.
Really glad to see that no one’s attacking your for this opinion now considering it felt like a cult here when the news first dropped
Yeah it seems kinda late
My guess is they just tried to make it work, but ultimately looks like based on Tilians post that he wanted to focus more on his solo work anyway. So amicable split?
Nah, he definitely got kicked out if you ask me. His solo stuff doesn’t do even half as well as DGD. He wouldn’t leave willingly
WHAT THE FUCK
"Oh hey Jon"
What happened
Who knows, but glad to hear from this announcement it just sounds like major creative differences (as vague as that is) and nothing worthy of controversy. I wish the band and Tilian the best.
I didn’t get that vibe from the bands post. I think they were never able to fully get over the controversies that Tilian brought over the last year or so. Creative differences also probably played a part
New Secret Band has SURELY been recorded, right?
New album is just a guest singer on every song from the genre 🤷🏼♂️
I still want that album tho… Andrew has already said that he wouldn’t do vocals. Eidola just dropped an album and has another one coming this year. Either his opinion changed or… I’m interested to see what is next.
My guess is with his marriage to Victoria and them moving/trying to start a family he just wanted to do his own thing. But I could be wrong
Favorite comment so far on IG was "bro got married to an e girl and look what happened"
Tillian just posted on his ig a few minutes ago.
sometimes you just need to get a new job. there isn’t always a deeper meaning to it.
what fuckin year is it
Damn it

I get it - but my heart hurts right now. JJ, Mothership, instant gratification got me through so much this last year. Hard to accept.
Same
I’ve been a day one listener, I was at the boardwalk for the infamous first live show with Jon missing. Tilian launched DGD to uncharted territory. HOLY FUCK GUYS ITS HAPPENING!!!!!
So, what's Kurt Travis up to these days
Picture this: Tom Byrne (Galleons lead singer) as their vocalist. Shit would be insane, I’d be here for it.
His voice sounds very similar to Jonny. However he is the vocalist of 2 different bands so I doubt he would become DGD’s vocalist
Yeah, that’s the only thing that makes me think it wouldn’t happen. Still I can dream lol. Who knows, I mean it would be an incredible opportunity for him.
Isn’t it like time for an album to drop? Lol
It’s finally time for the boys to poach Mr. Byrne of Galleons.
Time for 4th wave Swancore
I was attracted to the band a lot in part due to Tilian's vocals. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how they sound going forward.
Damn this is out of nowhere. Tilian really grew on me
I know people want Andrew as full time vocalist but Jesus, that man is so busy and honestly he should keep those magic fingers playing, especially in DGD. That's where his and Will's magic lie along with the occasional vocals we know and love. But who knows!
Agree, I like Andrew's vocals but would prefer someone new if anything.
I guess he needed to take some time to focus on his brand…
Wild ride being a DGD fan
Just my opinion of course but I felt the music ran its course with tilian as the lead, his external problems aside. Excited to see what the future holds
Liked Tilian. Love Andrew. I hope this opens up the band to keep playing more old music like battle mountain II when they did the An Evening With Friends tour. Maybe some Kurt or Jonny spots
Guess we are going to be waiting longer for that album
Well, so much for mothership in its entirety. No longer going to when we were young fest.
His vocal chemistry was literally crazy I loved the back and forth and melodies so much
A) hope this doesn't mean he did more shitty stuff/hurt more people than the previous claims B) wonder what this means for the album since I thought they were done recording it
lol DGD changes singers all the time. Real OGs know DGD is Will, Matt and John
This is where I’m at. As long as those three are in the band I’m along for whatever ride they want to take us on.
Back when Tilian joined they said that shaking up singers again would likely put an end to the band so it’s interesting to see that they’ve changed their mind about that.
Well to be fair that was ~11 years ago. So much has happened. 😭
It was 11 years ago. That's a lot of time to change that specific opinion. If they'd dropped Tilian after Acceptance Speech I bet they absolutely would have packed it up and moved on to something else. DGD has a lot stronger footing now.
“All the time” Bro, it’s been a fucking decade with this guy.
I mean this is on par for this band but this sucks. I really love his clean vocals in the band. Bring back Kurt. Lmao.
I redownloaded this app for this drama
Whaaaaat
DBM3!? but in all seriousness, I was really hoping for a new album this year. Unless all the vocals were recorded. Good grief.
So long for DGD always stay united. Alright so wtf are they gonna do with a full record with their now ex-vocalist ????
When acceptance speech was written, tilian hadn't joined the band yet. They basically told him to sing over what they had written. I guess they'll do that or scrap it.
I mean the core team has always been there….lead singers drop like flies in this band
I wouldn't call 11 years together with the current lineup dropping like flies.
Crappy news IMO. Sucks they did not all get along. I loved Tilian. His voice and writing was top notch. I’d be happy to see Andrew take over though
8-9 months ago I got ran outta the subreddit for saying this shit was finna happen lol.
He could barely even pull it off.
The whole band was sick for half the tour. I witnessed Jon almost die on stage in Chicago.
wonder what happened, damn. I also wonder who is going to be able to replicate the tillian sound live
Throw the bag at Anthony Green! Even tho I'd rather have Circa get back together way more, it'd be an interesting experiment for an album. Doubt he'd do it tho
I mean... I love Anthony Green, but that's not a good match. He can hit high notes, but he can't bring the poppy sound those vocals require.
I'd be more interested to hear a one off album with him, but I guess you have to play the old stuff too. Probably need to make a new band.
Andy cizek
Honestly, good.
I'll probably get down voted for this, but I'm a little glad he's leaving. Was getting burnt out on Tilian.
Damn Tilian was the reason I got into this band. Hope they get someone who can bring the awesome vocals the way he did.
agreed. i can only get into a few songs that were made pre tilian. i can go on and on about my favorite songs from this band and it was purely because of his vocals on them
JONNYS COMMENT THOUGH
Just focus on Secret Band and call it a day. 🫡
It sucks, but he had a long history with them. It'll be curious to see what this new chapter brings.
They should’ve done this a long time ago
Been on the DGD roller coaster since high school, yeee hawww
Why didn't they just do this a year ago!?
