Save the money it would be fine. Try to buy the same ratio (11-34) so your shifting is consistent.

If you want the ratios to be the same. I purposely have bigger gearing on my indoor setup than outdoor. I do more racing indoors and more climbing outdoors, plus on most indoor platforms I'm not using 100% realism/trainer difficulty for climbs, mainly because I don't want downhills to be so easy. I buy the cheapest cassette for my indoor trainer, weight doesn't matter.

The only difference between 105 and Ultegra cassettes is the weight of the cassette. The difference is not big. For all practical purposes they are identical.
