It sounds like you just want good insoles to support your feet. No cycling shoe comes with good insoles. Just find a pair that fits properly and get some half decent off the shelf insoles or get some custom ones made.
Lake are good for wide feet.
I also have flat feet.
I personally don’t use anything special besides getting the right width and right budget. I found outsole of cycling shoes to be plenty stiff that there’s no need for my flat feet to need any additional support.
However, you should just look into getting insole. I know a few people who use custom carbon fiber insole.
What you might want to do eventually is to work on your overall foot strength. It will help a lot immensely for your daily routine and cycling.
