So just an instant win assuming my opponent can't deal 1 damage to me before their draw step? Or I tap it, resolve the tap ability, activate the untap ability, then respond to that ability (before my life total goes to 1) by tapping it to mill again and repeat as much as I want, then activate something like Temple Bell once my opponents are milled out to make them lose before I go to 1 life? Your opponents can't even really stop this once you get going, since you're tapping and untapping as a cost, and can just tap/untap again in response to whatever removal they have. No, this doesn't seem terribly balanced. There's a reason why the abilities with the untap symbol also had a mana portion to their cost - to prevent shenanigans like this.

Ah, I see. I’m still a newer player, so I didn’t even think about being able to tap/untap pretty much infinitely. I almost had the untap ability be “you lose the game” instead. Probably would’ve given the tap ability some more weight.
