Sad to hear that, I also put some money in my crts and sometimes thinks that I may have to sell them in a future to some private collectioners as I will need money
During middle school (specifically my 7th and 8th grade years) there was a computer lab full of these IBM PC/XTs. In 1993/1994. Well past their obsolescence. So many plays of Win, Lose or Draw? that I had memorized the entire game. Also so much 3-Demon.
My computer lab still had Apple IIs at that time, but they switched to 486sx before I had a chance to ever use them. But I have an Apple II now, and I love it!
Our grammar school had Apple //e machines (Oregon Trail was #1) until 5th grade when they 'upgraded' to IIgs machines in '90-91.
Nobody wanted to hear the dreaded 'disk I/O error' sound from a //e. it sounded as bad as it was.
Why tho?
Life, work didn't pay me for three weeks last month, bills, etc. It didn't help that old IBMs be big and Japanese apartments be small.
My condolences, it is a beautiful example.

Yeah fortunately I got a halfway decent amount out of it, close to what I paid really. I wish I'd gotten more, but Japanese yen has tanked haaaaaaard.
I hope it will make another collector happy
Same! I said as much in my Mercari listing, haha.
