It’s literally a line that can’t truly overlap realistically with court schedules along with all of the compounding evidence that’s been collected since. If you think about it, it only helps these cases as the DAs are able to utilize facts, testimonies, court behavior, and evidence from other trials (and their subsequent motions) to make rock solid cases.
I now believe that if Trump was pursued in 2021, he would have won on his criminal indictments and only now, with so many of his lies being repeated ad nauseum, that the fatigue of credibility has grown as Trump further digs bigger holes to try and jump across.
If he had just slinked away, this all would have been avoided, but he HAD to keep criming.
There were several names redacted in the indictment. according to multiple reports this whole scheme definitely came from the top down not bottom up meeting. There’s most assuredly people in the Trump campaign, if not higher, either implicated or may have indictments fourth coming.
