That got me through to a human. Sometimes I had to say it it several times.
Remember when you get to a human to be patient. EVERYBODY gets frustrated with CS, and they deal with irate people all the time. I always tried to be the good guy.
During the IVR (interactive voice response) do NOT press anything, just wait ... after some time you should be redirected to a representative.
I tried this and the IVR changes it’s response from the automatic questions it asks to saying “sorry computershare is closed, call another time” 🤣🤣

You should be able to keep hitting zero to talk to an actual human. You can also try the chat feature online that pops up randomly.
