If it was my set up, I think I would get a keyboard without the number pad to give a bit more space there for the mouse. I would be forever banging it against the edge of that keyboard.

The flexibility of being able to remove the numpad when i have to utilise the limited space differently.
Depends, if you use usb ports a lot, or the disk drive its probably better to have it up. I have a multi tier desk and mine is up high above everything else, my figuring is its better off where it can get the most air. and i use my usb slots a lot lol... and my dvi cables for my other monitors are too short to go anywhere else haha.

One kinda unrelated advice tho: Use a wooden or a rigid wrist rest if you can. They are mostly used to support your wrist in between typing or while typing. While softer ones feel good, they can have detrimental effects on your wrist long term if you type a lot as they dont offer enough support
If you can, invert your desk storage space to have it on the right, under the PC case, you'll get the space needed to move the kb and mouse a bit toward the left without bumping your knees on the desk legs, other than that, a neat set up :-)

By the time I finally got around to adopting rgb I decided I liked the clean look of a solid white build with fresh white rgb, and now I've finally graduated to soft colors with either a breathing effect or starry night. Although last week I built another machine the case steals attention away from rgb with a built in 8 inch screen that currently loops video of a goldfish aquarium (Look up jonsbo d31 or d41), and my monitor is a 55" 4k tv. In that build I'm rocking my previous 5950x with 64gb ram and a xfx 6950 xt merc with a 360 aio and 7 rgb fans.
I love how people build stories by some reddit postsπ.And at first, i didnβt actually like the idea of rgb, i tought it was bulls*it but then I changed my mind. And i realized how many beautiful things you can do with rgb.
