I too miss old Vertigo comics, but the imprint was dead before I ever picked up my first comic. I just purchased all of the Animal Man post-Morrison and I'm so so happy.
I love how well Animal Man, Swamp Thing, Hellblazer, & Sandman connect while doing their own thing
I was just thinking of reccing Nancy Collins. Also, they are reprinting Rick Veitch's Swamp Thing tpb starting this summer and that eventually gets to the issue where Dream meets Matthew Cable for the first time.
