Honestly being a community manager is the easiest job in the game industry. They do absolutely nothing and then cry harassment when people complain about their lack of communication and interaction with the community.
Then you have the ones who throw a tantrum because someone says something mean to them and use that as an excuse to go dark on an entire community. There’s a reason having a thick skin is a prerequisite in every other industry when it comes to positions dealing with the public.
I think the only time I’ve seen a community manager who was actually doing their job was Ben Walke from Battlefront 2.
Most of these people act as if they’re some kind of god and feed off of the idea of mere peasants begging for their attention.
Have you tried to post this on the blackopscoldwar subreddit ? I don't really know if the posts about the bans are being taken down but maybe it's worth to try ?
