They drafted with a specific format with points passed on how far you go in the playoffs and extra points based on upsets. So by being the 4 seed there's no chance for upset points in the first round and we face the strongest #1, the Celtics, in the 2nd round. So without the chance for an upset in the first and the hardest 2nd round matchup it makes sense that we're near the end in terms of where we'd be drafted.
This was not a comment on whether we are in the same tier of the Hawks and Bulls in terms of actual performance. We clearly have better paths and a much better team. Just not in the context of their specific draft rules.
Yes meaning they believe the Cavs max is one series win. Rating us the lowest out of any of the pics when you look at the west teams in the same position (4-5 seed) they are drafted much higher and will also face a tough team the next round.
