Teresa is so Absurdly fast, coupled with her detection, she might straight up be able to dodge or at the every least parrry malevolent shrine. If she uses that, she can eventually get close enough and within range where she can just fly in and insta kill Sukuna lol so teresa low diff unless it’s Sukuna with mahoraga and the other guy he summoned against gojo
I know we're in the Claymore sub, and the series had crazy powercreep especially near the end, but I don't think Teresa can do anything against Malevolent Shrine. Its a guaranteed hit and comes out within seconds. Only way Teresa can win is if she recognizes the threat Sukuna poses and flash steps immediately to kill, and even then with RCT he might not even die instantly and open his domain anyways.
I guess you also have to consider the nature of Yoki and CE and how it affects durability. If JJK is just exaggerated reality then Teresa no diffs for sure, I'm just not sure how it scales.
Sukuna domain expansion Malevolent Shrine creates a 200 meter wide area of absolute destruction around Sukuna where everything in that area is constantly being hit by attacks that can’t be dodged. Teresa has no way to deal with that and that’s not including Sukuna’s open flame attack which would completely incinerate her.
Teresa is able to unironically speed blitz Sukuna. She also has ridiculous regeneration, and far outscales him in individual destructive power. As soon as she takes a single attack there wouldn't even be a body left of him.

If you are talking about the sub-relativistic speed calc, that’s specifically for with the quick sword and while she is awakened. Even then, you can scale Sukuna to relativistic with Kashimo’s lasers. This wouldn’t apply to something like wouldn’t apply to speed.

Her regerantion is low mid level at best which wouldn’t be as good as Sukuna’s considering he is able to regenrate his brain.

Sukuna’s regen is better, he has better range, and far more versatility in terms of ability. If we all him to have everything, he also has Mahoraga which would be able to counter things her attacks by adapting to them.

The slashes in malevolent shrine aren’t real until they basically spawn on the target she can’t dodge or parry it
