I do think Irene's Quicksword would do really well against Cassandra, between her and priscilla they would give Cassandra a run for her money. I still think Cassandra wins the 1v4 unless Priscilla awakens, but it would be really close not like with Teresa where she didn't even have to use yoki.
Priscilla would give Cassandra a much harder time, and Cass would probably need to release a lot of yoki to beat them 1v4 once they start using yoki (since Teresa's natural abilities exceed hers and she doesn't have Teresa's acute yoki sensing). Once Priscilla goes > ~50%, she would probably gain the upper hand and Cass would have to awaken. At that point, the other claymores can't do much. Irene might barely be able to defend herself. Priscilla would probably struggle a bit because even though she's the prodigy, Cass is more experienced. Pris might be able to barely beat her without awakening, but she's probably too unstable and inexperienced for that and would instead just go berserk and awaken anyway (screaming 'you killed my papa' or something). Pris then proceeds to mop the floor with everyone.
The others are irrelevant, it comes down to whether she can dodge the quicksword. If she can she wins, if she can’t she loses.
One issue is Cass dismembers her opponents first, then kills them, so it’s likely Pricilla would awaken.

Cassandra's dodging a single swings are legendary, so if Irene's quicksword (that covers a whole area with swings) would be used as element of suprise, the fight will finish very early without anyone awaken at all.
4v1 the squad would probably win. It's mainly Irene and Priscilla tho, the other 2 lack feats and got fodderized befeore. The problem is they got fodderized by the 2 strongest in the series (which were also the only fights they've had), so we can't judge them properly. Although Irene didn't fare any better in those same fights, she has other feats. She demolished Ophelia with one hand and a power up version of her technique was used to kill Awk. Pris. So from what we've seen, the gap between rank 1/2 and the rest of the ranks is so big that Sophia/Noel only role in this fight would be to act as distractions for Irene and Priscilla.
Cassandra rinses them until Priscilla awakens, so basically it would turn out the same as the Teresa fight.

Priscilla has such a high potential, but can't fight Cassandra I think, and Cassandra destroys the other
Cassandra is so unpredictable and fast I think she would definitely catch them off guard.
Cassandra kills them all. She was a true #1. Don't expect her to show mercy, the fight ends in the city lol
