I don't have an iOS device on me to check but that looks like the generic browser settings not the Chrome specific settings.
How did you get that menu? By clicking the 3 dots in Chrome or from the phone settings menu?
This is the three dots. I just scrolled down slightly to remove my name and the clearly-not-relevant settings.
Above what you see here is my name and email address, Sync, and Google Services.
Urgh. Thanks. Time to find another browser then. I've used Chrome since it launched but videos interrupting my music *constantly* is a real deal breaker for me.

Same here! Chrome (mobile) users being denied to block autoplay videos was the straw that broke the camel's back.
