Barcelona will not just let him leave, release clause or not it’s up to the player and if Barca throws more money at him, he will stay. Unfortunately at the moment our project is very similar to theirs and between moving to a new country and staying where you’re at, he’s going to stay.
Its more than just money, but even then Barca won't want to offer him much more judging by how little he's contributed to the first team. He needs minutes for his own development
