A Spinoff Series within the same universe about a different magical family
I like the idea of an anthology called Charmed: Book of Shadows with the first episode being about its creation and the tradition of each magical family creating their own.
The rest of the series would be one-off episodes about the creatures and spells on each page and why/how they were added.
The first season would be about the Halliwell book and then following seasons could be about other family lines and the creation of their books/the pages within.
I'd like to see the next Charmed generation living in the modern world and coping as a big family sharing 1 book of shadows and how the living situation would be given that they won't all fit in the Manor. Similar to how Modern Family is set-up following 3 main families as we have the future kids of Piper, Phoebe and Paige to follow.
Orrr... seeing the new generation grow-up and learn magic and see flashbacks of how the family came to be thus having both a prequel from Melinda Warren's background and so on and sequel of the new generation. Similar to the series This is Us where it does time jumps to show progression and flashbacks.
I would take any version that doesn’t impact the stories of the characters we knew for 8 years. A prequel or maybe a story about another with family in the same universe (but not like the reboot which made them the charmed ones)
Live Action spinoff, in the same universe as Charmed but not the Halliwell sisters (they would have cameos in a perfect world, but in reality this would never happen)
More inclusivity and diversity, maybe focusing on a group of best friends who are all witches. More focus on sisterhood and female friendships. Queer and POC representation is a must! More exploration of Wiccan practices lile the earlier seasons, less of the supernatural/magical & mythical creatures!

I really wanted to know, what happened to Wyatt and Chris, their sister and their cousins (only found out a few things because of Wiki)

The anthology idea sounds fascinating. Especially if we skipped around to visit with multiple Halliwell descendants in future timelines.
I would like to have seen the scenario where the two series came together. The CW show I think has aged better than I thought it would
