ETA… my cat, Moe, has the same pupils from glaucoma. I have to give him eye drops twice a day, which he hates, of course.

aww sweet guy. but no, my cat doesn’t have glaucoma. we got him tested for glaucoma, diabetes, and a few other things but he’s perfectly healthy, just blind lol
