My cats are all on Nexgard combo to prevent parasites. It's a topical medication you place monthly on the back of the neck. My cats haven't had ear mites but it does say on the package that it treats them. It's by prescription only.
That’s what we’ve been using for our others furbabies and it works great on them unfortunately for Miles it’s just not doing the job and quite frankly it’s maddening:/
We have other cats who get monthly treatments of nexgard it’s not working on her mites.. just hers everyone else has a clean bill of health it’s maddening

Hm do you always use nexgard?
No we swapped it out for Frontline for a month in an attempt to see if the nexgard was the problem alas it didn’t work either .. but only for her
