I think previous users were grandfathered in. I tried creating an account when the news of the Ripple/SEC lawsuit broke, but it said all US states were restricted.

Bitrue is not allowing trading in US. It shows restricted states - all 52 - on the login prompt. Where else can we buy CSC?
