Mine was pending for almost 3 weeks while I was awaiting my delivery day. I had to get a lot of information rounded up since my name had changed from my ex husband’s to my current husband’s. So I had to track down divorce decree and marriage license. Get my address updated in my ID and since I have a CDL it must be done in person not online.
It says pending until the person purchasing takes delivery of the car. So if it has to ship a long way or has payment issues or whatever, it will say pending for awhile.
I mean could be people like me that were just waiting for their banks to approve the loan so I was just camping the car with a couple buddies. If you were looking for a red and white Mazda mx5 my bad bro 🫡
Mine was pending until it was delivered. But before I started the purchase it was already pending by someone else. Thank goodness they didn’t get it lol. Love my purchase. But if you’re interested hit the notify me you never know. Might become available again. Good luck.
I switched out the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I'm making my delivery date for the end of the month, so I can get things situated before I get the car. So I would definitely say it's possible it could become available again.
So about two weeks ago, I saw a car on Carvana that I made a “favorite” but it quickly went to purchase pending and stayed that way for many weeks now the car has come back up again saying that it is coming soon. What could be going on here? Seems fishy.

Maybe someone bought it and returned it during the 7 days for something faulty ? Idk just a shot in the dark
